Hangzhou Qiyue Westlake Culture Hotel

The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to West Lake, just a 5-minute walk away. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit West Lake.

My stay at the Qiyue West Lake Culture Hotel in Hangzhou truly exceeded my expectations; I genuinely think it's fantastic and highly recommend it to everyone. The hotel's ambiance is incredibly comfortable, exuding a strong Jiangnan vibe with its charming decor. Although not far from the bustling city center, it's remarkably quiet inside, without any noise. The courtyard is beautifully arranged, making strolls very pleasant and offering a sense of peaceful serenity amidst the busy surroundings. Taking a walk around the hotel during leisure time really helps one relax. The room was exceptionally comfortable as well. It was spotlessly clean, and the layout was very pleasant. The bedding was soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. After a long day of exploring West Lake, returning to the room to rest helped me recover quickly. The soundproofing was also excellent; I slept soundly at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise. The breakfast was a delightful surprise! The food was delicious, and the selection of dishes was quite rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, all prepared very well. Enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore made me feel energized for the whole day. The hotel staff were also exceptionally kind. Whether it was the front desk handling check-in and check-out, or service staff I encountered along the way, everyone was very polite and enthusiastic. They patiently answered any questions I had and were happy to assist with anything I needed. The attention to detail in their service was excellent, making me feel very well taken care of. The location is also very convenient, being close to West Lake, making it easy to visit attractions. It's suitable for both leisure travelers and short business trips. This stay was very comfortable, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit to Hangzhou!

Not quite what I expected, but the service was excellent and they were very proactive in resolving issues. Breakfast was just okay, but since it was free, it's worth a try. The views were decent, and the facilities could use some renovation. Overall, it's acceptable.

This hotel is right by West Lake, making it super convenient for a stroll. The hotel's mini-landscapes are also beautifully designed. For a hotel by West Lake, the value for money is really high. The wontons at breakfast are freshly made and delicious. The only thing is that the mosquito repellent clip they gave us at the end didn't quite match the hotel's vibe.

The room was very large and spacious, and impeccably clean and tidy. The front desk service was also excellent, very welcoming and enthusiastic. From the terrace, you can see West Lake, which is beautiful. The facilities and equipment are complete. It's a great place for a trip, highly recommended. There's also a 'Fu' (blessing) wall, which is lovely.

An economy hotel by West Lake, its main advantage is the excellent location. The huge terrace accessible from the restaurant offers panoramic views of the entire West Lake. The service was very warm and responsive.

Qiyue West Lake Cultural Hotel wins on location and its rooftop terrace. Downstairs, you're right at West Lake and Intime Department Store. Upstairs, the terrace offers stunning lake and night views. The service is also very thoughtful, making for a comfortable stay overall. If I come to Hangzhou again, I'd definitely choose this place. After all, it's not easy to find a hotel by West Lake that's convenient for getting around and also lets you enjoy the views from your room.
