Would like to give 100% to excellent service staff , Joyce ....nice and clean room...good location to West lake and convenient shops surrounding.

The hotel location is very good, close to west lake, walking street, and subway station. Staffs are helpful. They also helped us to book a show with a lower price.

Very authentic, we liked the architecture. The staff were kind, affordable price and very good location.

We arrived almost to mid night & glad for the quick check in. Appreciate the room upgrade & one of the staff, 小潘 helped to order a delivery as we were hungry & neighboring ships were closed. Thank you again, 小潘 for your kindness & extended service by sending the food to our room (we’re supposed to collect fm reception) as we were really tired & hungry after flight. 謝謝。。

Nice hotel with a nice view. Close to the west lake, about 10min walking distance. I chose the one with the lake view. Overall is good!

From Malaysia and found this hotel. Very good service from 小陶 （xiao tao）~ free upgrade to room with window🩷 hotel nearby tourist attractions, walking distance 5 to 10min to many shopping mall. Hotel very clean, big and comfortable to stay. No aircon at this moment as the weather is quite cold.

Perfect hotel, the room clean, new equipment. I was upgraded free to room with windows. Staff with name 'Joyce' super friendly. She support with 100% enthusiastic, and some suggestions about restaurants with good food. Joyce was communicate with us by English well (we are foreigners) , thank you so much and hope will see you again. Good luck everything to you, Joyce. One more thing, we were surprised to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff but they thought we forgot the money and Joyce found us to return it. It so cute.

The facilities were exactly as they appeared on the pictures. The staff are friendly and welcoming and even suggested places to visit. The breakfast was decent and location is right next to west lake.

Good location, very nice service and comfortable room. Got our room upgraded from no window to a room with window. Photo is the view taken from the connecting bridge on the 10th floor!

Superb service. We weren’t able to extend the room we have stayed for 2Ns due to our travel plan. The hotel has assisted us to relocate our luggages to another room that could fit all of us. That saves up the hassle as we could have the time to explore the city. Will definitely stay at the same hotel for the next visit.

The family room is very spacious, with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is in fact too big for our family of 4 😂 Location is good though the hotel is quite old. Surprised to have both English and Chinese and kid’s version of Marco Traveller’s book. There’s also a small garden with rabbits on the roof. Very value for money, there’s breakfast included as well.

Hotel location is convenient, metro is right below, exit 1 to hotel. It is near many eateries, pub, concert hall and shopping mall. But the eateries are all restaurant or cafe, there is no small shops that sells snacks. Hotel family room comes with a sofa and quite big. Staff are friendly and helpful. Some restaurants only accept WeChat when ordering food eg. Lurkin. If you don't have the APP, go somewhere else. Things in Shanghai are generally more expensive than other cities.
