Although the facility is a bit old, it is clean and tidy. Excellent view of the West Lake as well.

looks great from outside, amazing winery storage place next door hotel, but inside hotel floors/walls are thin, old and very noisy from floors above, even the windows move when they step on floor.
breakfast was big selection but mostly all cold except the soup area.

酒店位置很好，西湖邊上，有歷史感，清晨過了馬路對面，就沿着蘇堤，跑了一圈。神清氣爽。房間設施，有點舊，但是床品和毛巾，都很舒適乾淨。因為深夜到的酒店，工號116的小姐姐很耐心，安排了合適的房間，可能擔心我找不到樓，帶着去了房間。

爸媽第一次去杭州旅遊，想看看心心念唸的西湖，老牌大酒店比較放心，於是我幫他們在攜程選的了這家華北酒店。
爸媽10點半到達酒店，前台非常熱情，無微不至，念在爸媽遠道而來，主動給他們升級了房型，並讓他們提前入住，還贈送了水果。
酒店環境舒適安靜，房間乾淨衞生，讓有潔癖的媽媽也無可挑剔。房間外面是大露台，可以躺着看西湖，爸媽覺得很驚艷。晚上在陽台的躺椅上泡杯茶，看西湖夜景，也是美輪美奐，心生蕩漾。
酒店的位置堪稱絕佳，出門就是岳廟，離蘇堤、白堤、楊公堤都極近，西湖的精華可謂都在家門口。遊湖如果疲憊了，還可以回房休息一會兒，再出去繼續遊玩。爸媽玩下來很輕鬆，感到不虛此行。
照片都是爸媽自己拍的，肯定不如年輕人拍得好，但也能看出他們對酒店的喜歡。再次感謝酒店的精心服務，下次來杭州還會住你們家！

跟朋友來西湖遊玩，想找個近點的地方住宿，選來選去還是華北飯店的性價比比較高，就在岳王廟的後面。跟朋友訂的是普通標間，來入住後前台小姐姐很好的給我們辦理了升級，我記得是工號116的小姐姐，非常熱情給我們升級成了親子房（兩張大床，大空間）非常滿意。早上自助餐也非常豐盛，滿意的一次住宿！

沒想到的地理位置這麼好，馬路對面就是西湖蘇堤，酒店給升級湖景房，在房間就可以看到印象西湖燈光秀
酒店餐廳的西湖醋魚非常贊，酸甜適中肉質鮮嫩
房間中規中矩舒適温馨，服務態度值得很多五星級酒店學習，西湖景區性價比之王了！

這個酒店最大的優勢就是在西湖邊上，可以深度遊西湖，門口就是岳王廟，打車去靈隱寺也很近，晚上可以去蘇堤走走看看夜景。
5樓有個露天平台，可以看到西湖美景。
酒店自己有餐飲，門口就是肯德基和小飯店，很多共享單車，共享電動車。
早餐比較豐盛，就餐空間大。
不足是房間比較小，但是瑕不掩瑜！
服務態度也很好。
