On the day of check-in, the front desk staff called me and asked me to confirm whether I would check in on time and reserve a room. I said yes, and clearly told me that I had booked three rooms, and told me the name of the reservation staff, and told the other party that they would check in on time. And I also specifically emphasized that I didn’t want the last room! But I still called me three times to confirm in the next 10 minutes. 2. The hotel shares a parking lot with other hotels. The entrance is difficult to find, and the car cannot be driven to the front door of the hotel, so be careful when driving! Especially on rainy days! We circled the building several times and called the front desk again and again before we found it! 3. After arriving at the front desk, I clearly requested not to book a tail room, and the front desk staff confirmed that it was not a tail room. However, after going upstairs, I found that it was still a tail room, so I had to go downstairs to open it again. However, the front desk told me that there was no room of this type, and asked me to live in a family room. I thought about it and endured it, two days! And it was agreed that if there was a room the next day, I could change it back, or not! 4. The next morning, I received a call from the new handover lady, telling me that there was a room and asked me to change it. I said that I had already checked in and would not change it, because there were two suitcases and the luggage was too troublesome! But the lady clearly told me that I needed to change because there was a price difference between the two room types. I was wondering, what were you thinking when you told me that there was no room the day before and asked me to live in this one? Didn’t you hand over? 5. Please ask your hotel management staff to go to the breakfast room to check your hygiene. The dust on the table and the overall hygiene made me doubt my life! Finally, I chose to check out. I couldn’t afford it. Can’t we not live the next day? But I have to say that the two front desk ladies today were very helpful. Although I was very angry when they told me that there was a price difference between the two rooms, I have to say that they handled the problem decisively👍🏻 Before leaving, I couldn't find the phone number for complaints. I found the phone number of their marketing manager at the front desk and wanted to ask for the complaint number, but he said to help me feedback. I told him what happened in the past two days! As of the evaluation, there is no feedback yet. It doesn't matter. I'm angry. I'll just black Licheng Donggu in the future! Finally, I think the Ctrip platform is still very helpful.
