除了隔音之外都還可以，衞生也不錯，本以為居民區的房子隔音會好，沒想到隔壁好像住了個生病的老大爺，晚上咳嗽嘔吐通通通的敲什麼東西，直到深夜十一二點我們睡著了聽不見，白天反而很安靜……

房間挺乾淨的，床夠大，設施使用狀態都還不錯。離龍翔路地鐵商圈步行兩條街，騎自行車去哪都滿方便的，周圍叫外賣也很方便，小區在竹竿巷的出入口就可以買菜，派出所警務室也在那，安全係數感很高😃
説説不足：
洗臉枱盆邊，要是能重新打個防黴玻璃膠，體驗會更好。
淋浴間下水有點慢，容易浸腳。
坐公交車和地鐵都需要走一段路。行李多的，還是出租車最方便，可以開進小區樓下。
樓層位於三樓，嚴格來説一樓還有半層，就是要爬3.5層樓梯，行李箱太沉，自己又提不動的慎重考慮。
廚房的桌子和椅子有點使用不方便，桌腿間距偏小，椅子偏大，拉出來就塞滿過道，椅子放回去又需要很仔細卡位。
我是行李多的，住一週體驗感良好，就是入住和退房時比較累。
