Very good hotel at the front of youth centre, walking distance to the front west lake, staff is very helpful to arrange park space for us. Room size is good.

這次杭州行，處處都有驚喜，哪哪風景都美。1、酒店的驚喜更加特別，不但服務好，位置好，工作人員還帶我們參觀了浙江省人民大會堂，老父親讚不絕口。2、酒店出門直走，穿過青少年宮，就直達西湖，太方便了😄👍👍坐277路車直接去看印象西湖、7路專線可以直接到靈隱寺、從靈隱寺坐1314到雷峯塔，回來坐西環湖線直接到酒店💯3、我們去烏鎮，因為有長者，不太方便，酒店還推薦了車隊的全經理帶我們去，全程講解，回來後已經晚上9點多了，全經理還帶我們圍着西湖轉了一圈，還講解故事。帶我們領略西湖三絕“孤山不孤，斷橋不斷，長橋不長”📸

清明節小長假去杭州、蘇州和上海旅遊，在攜程分別訂了三家酒店，杭州這家是必須五星好評的。賓館所處的地段特別好，靠近西湖，從南門穿過馬路對面的少兒活動中心就能到斷橋和白堤。酒店裝修不算豪華，但很大氣，設施非常新，衞生也做的很好，前台和客房服務都很周到，辦了入住手續後前台美眉還一直送到客房，介紹房間設施設備的使用方法，第一天晚上還送了牛奶，入住當天還收到賓館電話詢問入住體驗，是否有不滿意的地方，總之無處不體現賓館對服務細節的把控，下次再去杭州認準他家了。不想表揚太多，因為怕大家都去預訂他家，將來訂房困難且要提價，嘿嘿😁

酒店位置確實很方便，核心景點步行即達，設施老派但不失穩重。前台都很温柔、細緻又耐心，小哥哥看見我們帶着娃和長者特意安排了隔壁隔住宿，還主動邀請我們參觀人民大會堂，老公柳絮過敏，還幫我們準備了口罩，臨別前還送小朋友紀念物。大會堂講解的張嘉慧小姐姐很熱情又專業的帶領大家參觀，還贈送了寓意深刻的寄語，小朋友很受教。總之，是和別家不一樣的五星體驗^_^

萬年潛水的我也忍不住要來贊一個了！
【位置】就在西湖邊上，省政府隔壁，離斷橋走路10多分鐘，離武林門、鳳起路地鐵站走路10幾分鐘，出門就是公交站。西湖附近節假日必堵，我們在杭州的幾天景區來回都是公交地鐵，比打車更快更方便，晚上還可以夜遊西湖悠閑散步，感覺太棒了！
【設施】裝修很正派，設施很新，很乾凈明亮的感覺，窗簾是自動的，馬桶是智能的。
【服務】這點要吹爆，服務員每天打掃完都手工便簽留言的你敢信，而且不是機械的問候，而是真的在用心幫助顧客，比如我們臟衣服堆在一起還提醒我們負一樓有自助洗衣房，行李箱在地上還貼心的幫我們墊了一張墊子。服務簡直是有求必應，點外賣少了筷子問前台，小姐姐本可以直接回沒有的，但居然跑回休息室把自己平時剩的餐具給了一份。頭天晚上菜點多了打包回酒店，第二天早上餐廳小哥哥也不嫌麻煩幫我們到後廚加熱，略感動！
【總結】感覺應該是政府招待所閑時兼民用的，背後就是浙江省人民大會堂，還有特警站崗的那種，安全感爆棚，大堂很多人員都戴了黨徽，態度還十分的友好，就有種莫名的親切感。服務親切到位，交通位置便利，設施乾淨衞生，五星推薦！

香！
從走廊到房間都有一股茶香花香，真的是走進來疲憊全消。
以後來杭州就在這住了～
設施：有電動窗簾和智能馬桶，有新風系統，甚至電視節目都很全。
衞生：香香香，乾淨舒適。
環境：地理位置鬧中取靜太好了，走到西湖邊大概10分鐘不到，附近吃的玩的都很近。離地鐵站1公里多點，拖箱子走會有點不方便。
服務：全是漂亮妹妹，笑起來好可愛～很體貼也很認真，好溝通。

預訂的較遲，沒有房間了，房間沒有窗户衹有假窗。
優點：
1.地理位置較好，離西湖很緊。
2.參觀浙江省人民大會堂，是一個不錯的體驗。
3.服務挺好的，都很熱情。
缺點：
1.房間沒有窗有味，房間裏補放了一個凈化器。
2.餐飲衹有套餐，這個沒辦法受條件限制，能接受。
