Good location, can reach downtown, 10 min walking. Hotel room clean and nice. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

Hotel location is very good, near many nice places. Staff is polite. The only thing was that some guest smokes on the corridors, cigarette smell wasn’t very pleasant as a non smoker

The staff at the front desk (The girl name Blue) are very helpful. Hotel is clean and have a good location. Hotel do provide umbrella, it is very useful for us when we go Xihu because of the hot sun. Breakfast is good. I like the Jasmine milk tea and yogurt.

This hotel was an absolute GEM! We live in Hangzhou but like to stay at hotels in the city for fun sometimes. We have paid much more for not as good. Wonderful hotel all around. Loved the room and when we wanted more water you call and a robot comes to the door. Location was excellent and we walked many places. Oh the gym is like a REAL gym that others pay for. It is very big with tons of equipment and was empty every time we went. It is true the showers are gross but we were happy to use the one in our room. We never tried the breakfast because it wasn't included with our room price. Great value and will definitely return.

This hotel was recommended on Xiyou. I booked it with the mentality of giving it a try. I originally planned to stay there when I went to see Longmen Inn at Baihua Theater. Unexpectedly, I wanted to visit Hangzhou during the May Day holiday, so I stayed at this hotel and used this package, which only cost more than 1,000 yuan a night. As a result, my mother-in-law and her high-speed train arrived two hours earlier than us. When they arrived at the lobby, the hotel staff greeted them directly, asked them the names of their reservations (because they were booked under my and my husband's names), and arranged for them to check in. This was something my mother-in-law did not expect, and they felt that the service was very good. After we actually checked in, we stayed in a suite, and my mother-in-law and her family stayed in a king-size bed room. We found that the hotel was very clean. We spent 150 yuan to add a bed for my daughter, which I think is very affordable (because I added a bed in MGM in Yalong Bay during the Chinese New Year in Sanya before, and it cost 1,500 yuan, which was really painful. It was also a very tight long holiday, and it was also a 5A-level scenic spot. The comparison was not too obvious). After we added the bed, the hotel took the initiative to send us mineral water and a breakfast, and also gave us another set of toiletries and slippers, which made us feel very good. I bought three disposable bath towels from the nearby Quanmianshidai on Ele.me and asked them to deliver them. As a result, when the courier delivered them to the lobby, he directly delivered them to the door of my room with a robot. I think this is also beyond my expectation, because whether in Changsha, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing, or Guangzhou, I have never encountered a hotel robot that can deliver the takeaway or express I bought to my door. In addition, I saw a sign in the lobby offering free transportation to the subway station, so I told the hotel staff. Since there were five of us, four adults and one child, and my daughter was already eleven years old, it was actually not in compliance with traffic rules if we had to carry her in our arms in a regular taxi, so the hotel arranged a six-seater car to take us to the subway station. And because taking Line 1 directly to Hangzhou East Station may not take a detour compared to Line 19, the distance may be longer, and it may take at least 20 minutes. However, because the hotel sent us to the subway entrance of Line 1 subway station by car, we saved a lot of time and taxi fares. Moreover, we originally booked to take the bus to leave at 1 o'clock, but we arrived early, so we could go to the subway station earlier. As a result, the hotel arranged a driver to take us to leave at around 12:40 when we requested to leave in advance, so I think it is also very humane, and the driver also sent us to the subway entrance where we can take the elevator directly downstairs (because we have five suitcases), avoiding us from choosing the subway entrance where we have to carry the suitcases down because we are not familiar with Hangzhou. I think it is also a place that makes me feel good. The hotel's breakfast is also very delicious, the food is relatively fresh, and there are rice noodles and fruits. The only thing is that the hall is still a little small, because it is May Day, there may be more people, so we sat in the box next to it, and did not eat in the buffet hall, but the box next to it is also very clean, and there is a TV to watch, and it is very quiet. Although I am not sitting next to the food, I think this arrangement is also very comfortable. The hotel also gave my baby a doll, which is also a little girlfriend. I think she is super happy!
