衞生：講真衞生真的算是挺差了。照片裏清晰可見洗手盆和牆角的積灰有多少，吊櫃上的水漬從來都不打掃的感覺。設施老舊不説衞生也搞不到位真的挺糟糕的。
設施：老舊，看屋內防盜門四周的塗料刷的😂房間的任何一樣東西都是老舊，好在床墊和枕頭不是很差的那種，睡覺還可以。走廊本來都挺窄了改放着晾衣架晾曬床單被套，開門都得不能大幅度。像這樣的環境衞生我個人感覺任何用品都不會有消毒過程，好在我們自己帶的防臟睡袋。這是旅行必備品。即使星級的大酒店也要用自己隔臟睡袋。
環境：説實話地理位置真的是事很多錯，下樓步行幾百米中央大街。下扣右轉就是哈爾濱博物館。離高鐵也不遠，兩三公里的樣子。
服務：服務可以，寄存東西啥的一點問題沒有。
這種衞生和設施五百六七十元確實不便宜，沒有性價比。建議店主翻新，顧客住的舒服才會繼續推薦親朋好友過來住。因為衞生間太差了我們這幾天根本沒在這裏洗澡，出去洗的事，勉強短暫性洗臉刷牙。所以説，講究品質的遊客這裏要避雷講究方便利的，不在意衞生條件的遊客，這裡是首選。每一句都是真實的，提供後來的遊客們參考入住。希望能幫到你們！

位置好找在主街上，挨着中央大街也很方便，裏面設備也挺齊全的，樓下吃的也都有方便去尋找，總體來説挺好的

房間比較老舊，沒有圖片看的那麼新。
元旦期間價格漲了好幾倍，漲價也就算了，房間還特冷，一點熱氣都沒有，在東北這種地方晚上睡覺冷簡直是不要太難受，我這是幫親戚預訂的，結果入住體驗非常不好，真的很讓人無語😓

距離中央大街及附近景點比較近。價格適中。
房間內香薰味比較重，對香味過敏不推薦。
出差到附近遊玩人士，推薦入住。樓層無被打擾風險。

入住過程非常曲折
出於禮貌 沒有和前台阿姨吵
這個差評一點也不過分
至於環境 總體視覺還可以 因為入住耽擱很長時間 所以給了我們個帶投影的大床房 但是衞生間有蟑螂
而且連住的話 如果不提醒 房間不會一日一打掃

①剛入住時候被告知有十元的空調使用費也就罷了 説在軟件上介紹了 既然如此為什麼不加入到房費裏呢 ②房間照片美化了 實際上房間設施也就一般 瞅着感覺屋裡不太乾淨 有潔癖的寶子還是慎入 同等價位不如住連鎖酒店 如傢什麼的 ③衞生間衹給了一套浴巾毛巾 上面還有清洗不掉的污漬 讓人看了挺不舒服 ④尋思對付住一宿結果第二天早上起來在衞生間發現一衹蟑螂就在毛巾附近爬 直接PTSD了 ⑤跟店家反應 處理問題的方式不大好 可能店家覺得問題不在他們本身吧 正常都是道歉加補償 店家衹是説會放葯處理蟑螂 ⑥辦入住時候態度倒是挺熱情的..... 但是衹有態度沒有行動 沒啥用🥲 ⑦地理位置倒是還行 離中央大街近
反應毛巾不乾淨後 店家説可以用我自己帶的 我要是帶了還會用你們的嗎.... 我不理解
