She helped me upgrade for free, so I stayed one more night. I also stayed here for two days last year.

This hotel is a very historic hotel with Russian architectural style. Many national leaders have stayed here. The facilities in the room are a little old, but the breakfast provided by the restaurant is good. The location is very good, right in Hongbo Square, which is equivalent to the city center of Harbin. Next to it is the Provincial Museum, and you can take Metro Line 1 and Line 2 here.

But the facilities are too old. The phone is not only broken but also very old and the keys have fallen off. If you have any questions, you have to run downstairs to the front desk to ask. 3. I don't know if the door lock is the original chain that has not been removed or it is broken. 4. The hygiene is also outrageous. There are a lot of melon seed shells, and there is garbage under the corners of the table that has not been cleaned up. 5. There are no sockets on both sides of the bed. Charging can only be done on the desk opposite the bed, and there is only one two-hole and one three-hole port. If you charge more, you need to bring your own socket. 6. In addition, the most important point is that it is not safe. Take-out can be delivered directly upstairs, and you don't need to swipe your card to go upstairs. The front desk is on the right side of the door to handle it. There is no staff watching in the lobby, and everyone can go in and out and go up and down the stairs at will. I will never stay here again. The experience is very bad.

I communicated with the front desk and they said it had rained before. I endured it for two days, and then I changed to a zero-pressure king-size room and it was better. The facilities are old and barely acceptable. It is a relatively old building, but there is a lot of room for improvement in hygiene and service! The location is very good and it is convenient to go anywhere. The hotel breakfast is not very good. It is recommended that families with children go to the nearby KFC for breakfast.
