At the counter to check in, we got the rudest person. He seemed angry to start with and only got worse when I asked him a question. I got to our room and couldn’t figure out why the air conditioner under the window wouldn’t work so I called the front desk and he asked if I had looked at the panel, which I thought I had, but he says he’s coming down. When he’s gets to my room, he goes to the opposite wall and starts tapping it and just repeats panel on the wall. I apologize multiple times but he wouldn’t even look at me. So next morning rolls around and he’s refilling eggs at the breakfast area, I go to get some and there are multiple eggs shells broken throughout.
I will say the rooms were clean and the mattresses were comfortable.

Easy and clvalue, great bed. ...i am a global traveller. Needing to do a sleeping pit stop here. The rooms are cleaner than a W HOTEL.
Breakfas is decent
Value for convenience . The property ia fenced wIchh gives you a sense of security, especially in a dangeroous counrey like the USA

The hotel is located off of the I95 highway. It was newly renovated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. In the morning, the breakfast offered many options of hot and cold entrees. I would stay here again.

This hotel is very clean, appears to be recently refurbished, everything worked fine beds were comfortable and breakfast was good and the price was reasonable so I would stay at this best Western again anytime I’m traveling through this area
