"Was discriminated against for using a 3rd party booking agency and told we could only stay one night even threatened us to cancel our booking"

"The food was actually pretty good for hotel breakfast they had a hot bar with pork and turkey sausage, eggs, bacon, and oatmeal. They also had a pancake maker that all you have to do is press 1 button and it makes 2 fresh pancakes. They had English muffins and different types of bagels. Fresh fruit was also out. They had a juice dispenser, milk, and coffee available. They had different types of yogurt as well. I was pleasantly impressed by the options they had. The only thing was that breakfast hours are from 630-9am only so ya gotta be up early to not miss it which wasn’t a problem for us since we are early risers. All in all I would definitely book here again. We did not check out the amenities due to being to tired after a long drive. There is also a gas station directly in front of the hotel which is pretty convenient."

"This hotel and area are both equally disgusting. I don't recommend any travelers stay in Hardeeville unless you absolutely have to. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke and they are ROACH INFESTED. Being from Florida, I understand seeing the occasional adult roach, especially on the first floor. But there were baby roaches in the room - a clear sign of infestation. We left immediately and requested a refund, but since the manager wasn't present we were told to call back the next day. Coincidentally he wasn't present either of the times I called, but the front desk attendant assured me I would get my refund. I waited 5 days for the refund to come through and still didn't receive it, so had to dispute the charge with my bank."

"The people were courteous however I asked for a non smoking room which I received. However the room smelled terrible and had yellowing walls like it was in fact previously a smoking room. Smelled of mold and humidity was really high. What upsets me is I paid 30 more to have a better cleaner experience. I took a few photos of what appeared to be water damage. The only thing that was clean is the sheets. Everything else appeared to need wiped off. I would not stay here again. And me and my guests have a minor cough today consistent of the presence of mold it our room."
