We were drawn to this because it was centrally located and had a pool for our 3 year old. The pool looked dirty and had sand on the bottom. This makes sense in the summer if people are coming to use the pool straight from the beach but it's January. We had the impression that it was never cleaned since the summer season ended. The rails getting in and out are also very loose. The whole building is kept pretty cold, even the staff was wearing sweatshirts or jackets. You could connect to the WiFi but it would not pass Internet. The TV in our room was locked in Store mode, so you could only watch TV for a few minutes with a menu covering the screen with the TV features. It would then switch to screen saver mode no matter what we did with the remote. So no usable Internet or TV, and we didn't want to go in the pool again. I asked the person working at the front desk for help, they said they would send someone to our room to check in on it but no one ever came. The bed made a loud popping sound when getting off it on one side. We could easily hear the upstairs units as well. Finally, and most importantly, when the unit above us uses the shower, water came out of the light in our bathroom over the toilet, which got on my wife when she was going to the bathroom. No one was at the front desk and when we tried calling, no one answered.
