First, my 5am wakeup call did not arrive. Had I not set a backup on the phone, may well have missed our early flight. Next, breakfast. Have never been to a Holiday Inn that charged for breakfasts. This one does. Also, the cook was late, so breakfast was delayed at least 30 minutes. Another issue when trying to catch an early flight.

Hotel was clean and decent but the pool that they say is heated is freezing cold. Left for some very disappointed kids. The staff was the real reason for the 2 stars. Awful customer service. Maribel who was the server in the breakfast room which you pay extra for was just miserable. Extremely rude and unfriendly. Won’t be staying here again due to the poor customer service.

I would say for the price, I expected significantly better quality and free breakfast. There was mold in the shower and the toliet bowl was cracked a lot.
Obviously, this area capitalizes on the convenience to the airport. I would not choose this location again.

My stay was fine. The airport shuttle was the biggest win. I'm grateful they were willing to schedule the shuttle for 5:30am.

Room was great! Everything was clean and set nicely. Just a little perturbed with the check in process. Chose the pay-at-property option, but was charged at 8am the morning of check-in, although I didn’t not arrive to the property until 5, check-in was at the earliest 4pm. Upon arrival, I was told I would need to run my card again for the total price of the hotel, although I expressed to the receptionist that the total had already been reflected on my bank account. She told me that the payment was only “pending” and was a pre-authorization, not and actual charge. So I had to use my card to “pre-authorize” the room again. So now I’m out the cost of the room x2 with no promise of when the second “pre-authorization” will drop off. As of right now both charges are still pending, and on my account. Out the cost of 1 room for 1 night, twice. Just a bit confusing considering the *pay at property* option was chosen, but was charged hours before my arrival, as well as again once I arrived.

This hotel smelled horrible starting at the front door. The bed sheets were soiled, smelly and had hair all over them. That was the case in all 4 rooms the clerk tried to move us too. Honestly they got worse as we continued to try and find one that was at least acceptable. Absolutely filthy hotel.
