This hotel was the middle of the road. Needs to be updated the rest of the way badly . It just wasn’t that cozy.

I have stayed at this hotel many times cause of the online price. I booked online and when I got to the facility I was told that I was not able to check in. I ask why and the lady at the desk could not help me. My room was non refundable and when the night shift manager came in she could not tell me why as well. I was charged a extra 50 dollars on top of what I had paid and was given a room which had seemed to be half cleaned. I called down to the front desk after seeing the room and was told that was all that was available. I called back a hour and a half later from another phone and the night shift manager answered and when I ask was anything available her reply was yes we have plenty come on in and I give u a good rate better than the online one.

The images the website showed were totally false. The rooms were dark and must have been built 100 years. My wife almost got sick because our room stunk of cigarettes. The help were not helpful, reluctant to answer our questions. We are seasoned travelers and not once have we left hotel. I am asking for a refund. We’ll see how customer friendly they are..

Everything started out really good until I came back to my room for the night and in the room next to me had dogs constantly barking. They were really nice enough to get us a new room away from the barking dogs and the ladies working the front desk for sweet and amazing.

Booked king bed,but gave me 2 single bed rm 103 because I had a 9lb dog the room is old bath ok leftover toilet paper not new one of the bed was bad the other was ok the pillow case had stain and sheets had a smell like old cigarrette didnot smell clean and ask for non smoking room hard time to sleep because of the smell and the rest of the room was ok. Will not book there anymore I booked because I saw a good review. Very disapointed

Very loud- heard cars from highway all night.
Bathroom shower wasn’t cleaned all, and refrigerator with strong odor and build up of ice.
Very basic, pictures are not indicative of the state of the rooms.
