Very professional hotel. Service was great...from the fruit and snacks at night to the delicious breakfast in the morning to thr courtesy gift after u leave..

The location of the hotel is good... However, the check-in staff is unfriendly and the facility is old... I arrived after 2 o'clock on the day of check-in, but I waited 40 minutes to clean up... The next day, I had to wait outside because the cleaner was cleaning while I was coming back from breakfast.... I have personally visited many hotels in many countries... Compared to other 5 star hotels, I think you need to train the this hotel staff...

怎麼説呢，首先我在早上的時候收到酒店來電問我幾個小朋友，幾點到。然而下午三點零幾分到達前台辦理入住，告知房間還未打掃完畢，試問一下哪家五星級酒店三點多還沒搞完衞生的？然後呢拿了1502房卡的在大堂等待，等了25分鐘左右叫我了，居然不是房間打掃好，而是給我換了一個1006的，這間房呢也很大安全隱患，窗户是底下開，非常危險。風筒吹2分鐘就過熱保護開不了。馬桶位置更是尷尬，要裏面上廁所一推開門，腳趾頭都給你幹廢掉。洗澡浴室門也是，那個角度，很容易破碎的。還有呢，這個位置非常吵，下面四個風機，一直噪音不斷。總而言之非常不推薦親子游的來這家，特別是有較小的孩子更是要慎重。

前台服務員態度親切，酒店距離高鐵站只是15分鐘車程，十分方便。酒店房間又大又整潔，大堂服務生很勤力，除了寄存行李及開門外，還奉上養生茶給大堂的旅客，非常 窩心。

本來安排了8樓，上房後有濃烈的煙味和酒味，服務員説可能是上次客人嘔吐過，後經協調才肯換房，空調又差，不建議

本條評論純屬個人感受，選擇入住這家酒店還是挺滿意的，經常入住，不管是衞生還是軟件設備。
就點評一下前台***。付錢住宿，不是欠她錢，一副欠她錢的樣子，一點禮貌服務尊重都沒有！！
幾次是這樣了，以為她心情不好才這樣，忍了幾次，這次真的是一點都忍不了！
沒有客人投訴過這種情況嗎？還是對個別客人區別對待？
從她穿紅色衣服做前台，到她現在穿黑色衣服做主管？還是大堂經理？？
什麼晉升標準？
對客的服務意識都沒有，整個辦理入住過程一句話都沒有，真的一個字都沒有講。
最起碼的尊重要有吧……入住這麼多酒店，從來沒有看過這種做前台服務的。
催退也是，沒有稱呼，催退的語句讓人聽了也很不舒服，還直接掛電話，前台培訓沒有學過接聽電話是要客人先掛電話嗎。就算沒有培訓，這也是禮貌最基本了吧。
真的麻了，愉快入住受到這種對待🙂
希望領導重視今時今日的服務態度吧。
