Honestly hotel is so dam , looks is best but I was expecting something luxurious but it’s not at all! It’s very normal hotel !

Staff can not speak english, that was difficult

The best in Inner Mongolia. All the staffs can speak english.

I loved your service and comfort it really good. I stayed with my kids and pool playground it was great. The pool and sauna was so clean. The room cleaning was excellent and it gave us so much comfort. I want to say thanks for 2 women from room service that came in may 3rd. lt was really nice for staying in your hotel.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

We stayed Shangri-La Huhhot for 7 nights. Had an amazing experience from the check-in to check-out. Aisa Sun, Green Gao helped us through out the whole documentation process.
And Ms.Candy assisted us at the Horizon Club.
