到酒店9點多了，前台王小姐態度很好，辦手續很快。訂的無煙房，大概是做了無煙處理，剛進去還行，待一陣就有煙味了。老裝修，沒有USB插頭。穿的單薄，外面温度零下，想在酒店裡吃點。但所有餐廳21:30下班了，大廳吧也下班了。房間裏面巾抽紙沒用幾張就沒了，打客房服務，回覆要早晨7:30之後送，因為客房沒上班。我説我先去吃早飯，等我回來再通知送。但等回到房間，已經送了一盒來。未經客人同意，擅自進入房間。酒店管理很混亂。酒店服務配不上這個價格。

前台小姐姐張欣穎接待很熱情， 給我免費升級了套房。房間寬敞，整潔，浴缸旁還放了幾包浴鹽，泡了個澡，很解乏。下次來呼市還定這裏。

房間舒適，停車方便，地理位置不錯，周邊都是大學，酒店服務員服務意識很高，提前電話確認，到了房間發現已經按照夜床服務佈置好了，前台辦理入住的衹有小楊一個人，有點忙不過來，辦理入住退房如果人多的話需要等待，不過服務態度可以滿分，因為帶孩子，還多贈送了一份孩子的早餐，特別提一下早餐的煎餅非常好吃，攤煎餅的小哥還很靦腆😁
