The hotel is very convenient to take a taxi. It feels like it only takes 1-2 minutes to call a taxi. There is a reading place on the first floor, and there are picture books suitable for children. Bao Ma also reads to her child. The hotel breakfast is also very good. I left in a hurry today, and I just simply cleaned up the room and left, which caused trouble to the staff. It would be a pity if such a good attitude does not match the hygiene. The towels I saw in the past two days were not very clean. You should open them and check them after washing, but they were changed quickly after asking. There were some cigarette butts on the floor that burned the floor. There were some small dust on the sheets. I dusted them myself and did not ask to change them. There were also dirty things on the edge of the bathroom, which I washed with water. I have been to countless Atour hotels on business trips. I remember that they all gave ear hooks and tea, but this one did not have ear hooks. It seems that people in Hohhot like to use Midea kettles, but there are water stains on the exterior and they have not been wiped. I compared several Atour hotels around me and saw many similar hygiene complaints. I don’t know if it is caused by Hohhot’s careless personality? Not particular about details? Anyway, it is too easy to lose customers. It’s a pity to have such a good attitude.
