Arca hotel is one of the best that I’ve stayed in Hong Kong. The interior is nicely designed, simple and classy. Toiletries are complete, everything is very clean and tidy. Kudos to room service team, love how much attention to details in tidying the room every day. 5mins walk away from Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, brings you to central/causeway bay in about 20mins via subway. I’ve got a free upgrade to a sea view room, so lovely of the concierge lady during check in. Thank you so much!

You can take mini bus from causeway bay to cyberport, but the queue is quite long, you may have to wait for a few mini buses before you can board one. There are restaurants in the hotel, but you may also choose the slightly cheaper ones in the shopping arcade close to the hotel. Overall, it is not bad, but slightly overpriced and difficult to get to.

Furthermore, the absence of a bathtub in the replacement room was a letdown, especially with a young child. Another setback was the unexpected closure of the pool for maintenance, which was unfortunate, and we wish there had been prior notice to plan our activities accordingly. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's overall ambiance and amenities were commendable, contributing to a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, striving to address our concerns promptly. In conclusion, while our stay had its challenges, the Hong Kong Marriott Ocean Park Hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and satisfactory amenities, making it a decent choice for families. This place located quite far from city center and a local residential area called Aberdeen. Nearest MTR is not within walking distance but there are many City Bus available direct to City Center like Central, Mongkok etc. Best part is with reasonable or same price u can get a super spacious room in HK which is unlikely to get it in town area unless u willing to pay at least 50% more in City Center. We noticed there were no room cleaning or refill of amenities some of the day, when we told the receptionist, they informed room cleaning is 2 days once based on which level but we can request additional amenities from front desk. I think this place is belongs to a Catholic Society named Caritas as we noticed there were school, church, nursing room under the same Caritas Group.

Excellent service from the front desk, who have upgraded my room for my 1 night stay. The room was big by Hong Kong standards, comes with a bathtub and a view of the city and sea. It is walking distance to MTR. I wanted to be near the nature and right next to it, there is aberdeen park. I will definitely come back to stay again.

excellent hotel located in quite southern side of hong kong island. despite the location, very accessible through nearest mtr station Wong Chuk Hang. revisiting ovolo hotel several time, great reception service, excellent bed and bathroom, good self-serve coffee. small dislike is that the air conditioner hit right on the bed, particularly the pillow, got to switch off the air con while sleeping - not a problem for my visit during winter time.

It's said to be a new hotel, but it's new in every aspect. But the service quality is terrible Even if I asked for an extra towel, they said I didn’t have one. The check-in process is completely inhumane What’s even more funny is that after checking out, I received a call from the hotel to check if I had checked out and when I would check out! ! !
