酒店服務非常差，我們開車到門口不讓進按喇叭出來個保安盤問半天住酒店的才讓進去，到了前台有三個工作人員我給她反饋這個問題她們説你提前給酒店打電話，我聽完無語了😓要保安在門口乾嘛呢？第二天早上七點我給前台打電話要一次性刮鬍刀告訴我得九點才能送因為前台衹有一個人；等了九點也沒有人送我就到走廊問打掃房間的大姐拿了一個，想喝水給前台打電話等了半天一個少數民族不情願的送上來，我是看到評分4.8分才攜程網上訂，我真的不知道怎麼評分的，我第二天開車在進酒店更無語了，我拍了照片大家看看，

客人在房間裏呢，非要進來打殺蟲劑，打完人都呆不住了，前台讓我把車停地庫，我的天地庫和酒店完全就不連結，更可笑的前台非要開包檢查，自己的安檢機壞了就折騰客人，就沒住過這麼誇張的酒店

這個套房勝價比高 住了2天 房間比較大 交通方便 附近就是商場跟吃飯地方 去團結廣場也好進 和田比較喜歡的一個南疆城市

酒店在和田的市中心，旁邊是玉泉河公園。這裏離和田夜市也不遠，走過去也就七、八分鐘的樣子，十分方便。酒店環境好進出酒店，服務人員都會熱情的和你打招呼，客房衞生乾淨很寬敞，早餐在酒樓餐廳自助形式的，品種多營養衞生，如果出門早可以提前打包。設施齊全。入住之後有水果送，停車就在酒店前面和後面，服務人員接待的很好。

酒店衞生很乾凈，房間無異味，空間大，房間可以胡，客房服務態度好，幫忙洗衣服超讚，酒店早餐豐富營養，餐廳服務員熱情對待每位客人，酒店在市中心很好找，前台都是美女服務熱情，很專業。酒店停車方便值得入住
