Loved my stay here at Atrium on my short visit to London. Hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. Front office team to the room service was excellent & very polite. Hotel is known for plane spotters paradise because if you can book yourself a room with the view to Heathrow Airport runaway your in for an amazing experience. Hotel is walking distance away to a tube station and from there you can easily get to Central London or other locations. Food is great value for money. You should also check out their pool and the gym.

clean, modern, interesting and top equipped room. friendly and attentive staff. I was very surprised and will definitely come back. you can do everything around the corner on foot and the tube is a 3-minute walk away!

Reception staff were excellent and most helpful. Unfortunately I stayed during COVID-19 so there was no breakfast served and no room cleaning. However anything needed it was readily available

All apartments are designed so there is a natural flow between the living and dining areas; opening out onto a well-proportioned balcony or terrace giving delightful tranquil views of the waterside setting (perfect when wanting to keep an eye on the included Sky Sports/Movie channels).

Stayed here for a couple of months, complained a lot on the room and the noise nothing was done complained to the staff on different occasions. Staff are poolite and friendly, pirce great, staff are nice room is clean but noise and depending on where you are in the hotel can be unbearable with overhead planes and general loud noises from guests.

The service attitude is good and the location is great. It is close to the subway station, but the decoration of the hotel can be repainted. The walls really do n’t look good.

NOTHING TO LIKE HERE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - Arrogant, rude and abusive staff, very unhelpful and not interested in guests - Location is too far from heathrow airport and London city centre - requires train and bus changes for both which are very costly and complicated - Dirty Rooms - not cleaned properly and bedding is not changed often. Frequent mistakes with many things not being done properly and needing to be fixed - Staff blame the guests for their own mistakes rather than fix the problem! Guest is made to feel as though its his fault! - Staff Lie and Pretend not to speak English when they make a mistake despite speaking to you in English several times before. How stupid do you think guests are? - Bad Wifi frequently doesn’t work and so data roaming is often required which is expensive - Cold breakfast only and closes very early - no eggs, hash browns etc. Breakfast closed early and missed! - Bar closes too early but many drunk people sitting around all night on the weekend - Restaurant is overpriced for the quality - No phones in the room to contact reception - Directly under the Heathrow flight path with planes flying every minute directly above - There are many airport hotel options which are both closer to the airport and not on the direct flight path - Not in a nice area for family or couples. Unhelpful and rude staff. Hounslow has a lot of gangs of youths roaming around particularly on the high street - Not suitable for business travellers as no computers or printers in the lobby - No fridges or minibar in the rooms - Understaffed and basic requirements of a room and hotel such as cleanliness are not met! Many negatives and no positives! Stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache!!
