My stay at Homewood Suites in Houston was disappointing. The room had a strong odor, the air conditioning unit was noisy and vibrated loudly, and there was no wifi connectivity. This experience marked my worst stay at a Homewood Suites property. Contrastingly, my recent stay at another Hilton location in Austin was much more pleasant. The comparison leads me to rate the Austin location with four stars, highlighting its superior experience compared to the subpar one in Houston. Oh the kitchen sink has no strainer. Absolutely most mismanaged or ignored facility

The staff was friendly and efficient on check in and check out. The breakfast staff were very helpful. The property and the room were a little worn out. Walls in room were scuffed and marked the beds were squeaky and the water temperature in shower was inconsistent from hot to cool. Property was clean.

Once we checked in my daughters were checking out the room and beds and noticed a lot of bed bugs in both beds. The lady in the front did exchange are room it was nice but my daughter's still found bed bugs there also. We did not stay any nights, thats how bad the rooms were. Would not recommend to any one

Unfortunately a bad experience, from the moment we enter the second floor I could smell a probably dirty carpet on our way to the room. Inside the room same bad smell, bed sheets and pillowcases were probably not changed, they had a weird smell and found some hair on the bed. Found an insect which I think is the one that bit my wife. There’s a refrigerator inside the room that made noise all night long. Sorry but I won’t recommend this place.

The front desk staff was great! There was a door to the outside of the hotel that wasn't working, made a longer walk to get in. The closet door was stuck so you only had about a 12-14" access to the closet. The room had a very damp feeling even though we had the a/c on. The a/c worked great and we really appreciate that.

Great Staff, great service. The grounds and the build vary clean. The kitchen staff for the evening get together were very nice and just bent over backwards to make sure that you were satisfied with everything.

The property was wonderful except the potatoes at breakfast were not all the way done everyday we was there. They need to cook them longer n taste a bigger one when they think they are to be sure. Other than that everything was perfect
