When staying on a temporary business trip, there was a big smell of smoke as soon as I entered. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is also broken. The hot water is not very hot. There is no hot water after washing. The slippers in the bathroom are dirty and old. Can't wear it, the room is relatively old, not as good as the online reviews.

本次入住體驗總體還算可以，但仍有一些不足之處。
首先，酒店的地理位置還不錯，交通還算便利，周邊有一些餐廳和購物中心。酒店的裝修風格還不錯，比較現代簡約。大堂也比較寬敞，工作人員的服務態度還算不錯，幫我們辦理入住手續的速度也挺快。
但是，酒店的客房雖然還算寬敞，但清潔度一般，床品也略顯陳舊。此外，房間的隔音效果不是很好，能夠明顯聽到走廊和其他房間的聲音。
總的來説，這次入住體驗還算可以，但也存在一些不足。如果您對這家酒店的要求不是很高，還是可以考慮入住的。希望酒店能夠改進不足之處，為客人提供更好的服務。

首先説一下前台夜班葉女士服務很好！胖的衹能説差評吧，早上白班的兩位女士就像該她們錢是的，老闆找這樣服務員也快乾黃了，房間一般吧！衞生還過得去，房間很小這價位也算高的了！希望改進吧！

帶着孩子坐火車到懷化的，在火車上就預訂了，出來火車站的右邊就可以找到，很方便，前台小姐姐很熱情，很快辦理了入住，住了七樓，房間不錯，衞生整潔，住着舒適。下次到懷化繼續首選。
