出差經過懷化，有點出乎意料，原以為懷化沒啥好點的酒店，結果到了這酒店一看：硬件不錯，設計有特色，服務也挺專業，管理也到位，員工也熱情，在前台，電梯，餐廳，走道遇到的員工，都熱情客氣的打招呼。早餐種類也豐富。下次來還繼續住

挺好的酒店，從長沙返貴陽中途停留住的懷化，房間寬敞，設施很新很乾凈，單獨衣帽間，最好的是洗漱區乾濕分離而且很寬敞，兩個人住互相不影響，很安靜睡得好差點錯過早餐，雖然去晚了有些餐品沒有了，但看得出來品種是豐富的，要了一份湯粉很好吃，服務也挺好的。

悦致是近幾年脱引而出的湖南品牌，是以服務周到而得名。這家店不知道是不是加盟店，很一言難盡，晚上21:30左右到店，大堂內很臟亂，到處是沒有收拾的外賣盒等，前台精神面貌很差，沒有介紹酒店設施、指引電梯方向，表明需要兩張房卡沒給，後下來再要一張都沒有核對訊息直接給我了。房間的衞生也經不起推敲，隨便拍了張照片，設施其實還行，有機器人、房間也是智能馬桶，200+的價格性價比算不錯的了，但服務真多需要加強

地理位置很好 旁邊就是市政府，吃的餐廳和小吃店很多，十一期間住的，房間沒有漲價。連續住了4天
房間設施裝修都很新，廁所很大。比在芷江住的酒店好太多😭

超級棒，新酒店，到處都是典雅又舒適的。氣氛温馨，裝飾漂亮。被子不厚很舒服，空調也舒服，睡到8點才醒。早餐的粉很好吃。在這麼熱的天氣裏，找對了酒店很重要，心情舒暢才能睡個好覺。可以免費洗衣服，一早阿姨掛在門把手上。
可惜沒吃到芷江鴨。

房間很大，這個價格還能有聲控，超值。房間還有綠植
而且地處市政府這邊，安全感爆棚。
重要的是服務超好，辦理入住的小哥哥楊異也是超有耐心，服務超好，辦入住時就添加企業微信，成了小管家一樣。告知各種提示，還送小禮物，愛了愛了。客房服務也很好，上門送銀耳湯。後面再來出差，還住這裏。我自己也是做酒店的，這家非常值得推薦👍
