設施非常陳舊，馬桶沖水不暢，洗手盆也是一樣不暢，床鋪用品比較差，床墊質量堪憂。最可惡的是前台，居然騙人，説升級了客房，居然是換成連浴缸都沒有了，降級説成了升級，堂而皇之的説謊話坑蒙客人，總是有點過分了。

酒店很不錯，升級到了帶浴缸的雙床，唯一不好的就是自助餐沒空調，那個北風蕭蕭呀！！不過服務員如實回答説現在旅遊淡季沒客人，空調開起來成本太高！這點就覺得酒店態度很好，不隱瞞不欺騙，現在這種品質很難得了！以後來黃山還會入住！

初春時節陪先生來黃山遊玩，入住黃山復華麗朗度假村，從硬件上來説，豪華大床房的房間面積非常大，落地窗的採光很好，空間分區設計也很合理，整個房間的舒適度非常高。
此外，酒店的服務也很好，前台的Beata 提供了朝向合適的房間；遊玩時先生不小心扭傷了腳，前台的Fiona很熱心地幫忙找到了輪椅，出行時也特地過來關心情況；早餐時先生因為扭傷無法下樓，西餐廳的繆女士熱心的提供了打包服務，要為這幾位員工點贊👍。
離店時，酒店還非常周到的贈送了一個沉甸甸的紅色禮盒，當然前台還有一位戴眼鏡的男士（不好意思沒有看到name tag上的名字）看似前廳經理，從入住時主動歡迎要幫忙拉行李，到離店時主動詢問入住感受，非常具有酒店人的職業素養，也要點個贊👍。

酒店離屯溪老街挺近，裝修風格簡潔舒適；
訂的親子房空間很大，有4張單人床和一張大床，適合親子家庭入住，房間裏的極光影院可以觀影；
退房時候還贈送了黃山的土特小點心；
前台服務員程程態度挺好。
