A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

Nice part of town and close walking distance to many places such as walking street, vincom, river and much more. A bit of history if you look really close and experience something unique. Breakfast was ok and rooms are a bit dated but that's the charm of the hotel. Gym could be upgraded as only one treadmill that didn't work and one bike that wasn't plugged in. Universal exercise machine must have been as old as the hotel but all in all good value for money.

Our family of 4 stayed at Huong Giang Hotel Resort for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were made to feel like long lost relatives the moment we stepped out of the taxi. We were greeted with incredible warmth and smiles. Mr Loi in particular was so friendly and made us feel at home immediately, especially our two sons. The buffet breakfast was amazing and catered to all our tastes and preferences. Our children were in food heaven😊! Our hot water wasn't working at some stage, and when we told reception, there was someone there to fix it within seconds, and they solved the problem immediately. Mr Loi looked after us incredibly well, and our boys loved him. He greeted them with a huge smile and a high five everytime he saw them, always taking an interest in what they were doing, asking how they were. I would not hesitate to stay at Huong Giang again, incredible value for money, warm, helpful and friendly staff, and perfect location with serene quiet Perfume River on one side, and the lively hustle and bustle on the other. We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

Place simply recommended. I can just tell you that our stay was so good that we doubled here our time in Hue. Room: We took a deluxe double room, which had a king bed and bath tube. In real the room seems a bit smaller than in picture, but spaces are ok and there is a shelf where you can store your belongings. Bed is stable and very comfortable. As complimentary you have every day water, instant coffee (with condensed milk, better than standard nescafe) and a small snack. Cleaning: Room clearance consist also of towels and bed sheet changing. The bathroom kit includes toothbrushes, comb and cotton buds. We stayed many days and the room was always really sparkling spotless. Staff: the girls at the front desk (Ruby, Tho, Sarah and Hoa) are exemplary: always welcoming with a smile, kind and ready to help. They truly treat us as family ＜3 Also the guys from the night shift are nive and always kind.

The view from the riverside room was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub so I could enjoy a relaxing bath. The location is good, so there is no problem with shopping and eating. It is within walking distance to the Grand Palace. The only problem was that the elevator was a little slow.
