Hue Hotels with Wifi

"I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is very good, and I can recommend it, but there are issues with the cleaning: 1) Broken vacuum cleaners that spread more dust than they pick up. 2) The cleaning staff bang vacuum cleaners against walls and glass. 3) Managers checking rooms after cleaning repeatedly slam doors, even though they can be closed silently. From inside the room, you can lower the door handle, and from the outside, you can tap your card. Alternatively, they could leave the door ajar if they're going in and out for checks. Take those old, broken vacuum cleaners away from the cleaning staff! I've seen negative reviews mentioning dusty rooms. That's because the cleaning staff are simultaneously vacuuming with broken machines and scattering dust from them all over the room and corridor. On the 20th floor, a vacuum cleaner had a broken lid latch. They've nailed it shut and secured the lid with an elastic band. When they lift the vacuum to move it, dust spills out because it's not in a bag, but just loose inside the vacuum. The vacuum cleaners themselves are also all dirty. After the cleaning staff saw me photographing the vacuum cleaner, a young man brought another, non-broken vacuum and thoroughly vacuumed in front of me, including the seams. Before that, the female cleaner was vacuuming poorly, as if she didn't know how to use a vacuum – when you move the vacuum wand, the brush should be parallel to the floor, not at an angle. However, both the female and male staff don't control the vacuum nozzle and hit it against walls and glass. I heard these loud banging noises every day for hours in the morning when the cleaning staff were cleaning on other floors above or below. And they start cleaning at 8-9 AM. Some guests might still be sleeping. Behind the nightstand between the bed and the bathroom in my room (2004), there were candy wrappers and a lot of dust. I had to move the nightstand myself and ask for it to be vacuumed. In principle, it could be vacuumed without moving it, just by removing the large attachment, but the nightstand itself was very dusty on the back because it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Meanwhile, the other nightstand wasn't as dusty. Other corners were dusty because the cleaners either don't vacuum or don't remove the large attachment, which makes it impossible to vacuum corners. I also found someone else's reading glasses with red and blue frames under the bed. The cleaning staff should thoroughly check the room to ensure guests haven't left anything behind. Surely the person was looking for their glasses. Overall, the room itself was very clean; the only issues with the cleaning staff were regarding vacuum usage and dusting in the corners."

"This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Hue, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The service was good; at check-in, they confirmed the meeting times for activities I had pre-booked. Although it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, Grab is readily available, so it wasn't an issue. Even taxi drivers seemed to know of this hotel when I tried to flag one down. The room was a bit small, but it had most of what I needed, except for tissues."

"The room was quite new and clean, and the services were all good. The only thing was that the entrance was a bit confusing at first. The staff were attentive, especially the breakfast service."

"Compound located about a ten-minute Grab ride from downtown. A collection of small three-story buildings (no elevator) and villas/rooms scattered through a jungle-like maze of greenery. Visible red brick, tiled roofs. We stayed in a villa/room located at the top of about fifteen steps (thanks to the staff who handle luggage on arrival and departure). The building contained the room and bathroom (single sink, bathtub). Nicely decorated, with slate, statues, and vases in a Cham-inspired style. Unfortunately the wifi router looks like it was added without the decorator's knowledge... A unique touch: the shower is outdoors, in nature (supposedly no one can see in — see photo). We were basically in the middle of the jungle, so don't expect a complete absence of insects and critters (geckos, ants, mosquitoes...), but for mosquitoes the villa had at least four lines of defense (mesh screens on the doors, mosquito coils lit by staff in the evening, a UV/suction trap device, and a bed net). The first three were enough, and we never needed to use the bed net (which has its own charm — a four-poster-style bed). Well-stocked breakfast buffet with Vietnamese specialties. Only downside: eggs Benedict served without sauce or bread... Yoga at 7:45am daily, but unfortunately we couldn't make it (feeling a bit under the weather). The room is inspiring (see photo), located in the compound's spa area. Tested 😀the 1-hour full body massage. Very good and relaxing. Slept here. Done in separate little houses. Choice of oil: cajuput, ylang-ylang, lavender, lemongrass, eucalyptus. The spa’s signature oil is cajuput, locally hand-made from tea-tree-family leaves that cools the body. But the smell is too strong for me. Interesting concept with three pools -- one for kids with a slide, a main one with a bar/snacks, and a third ”quiet” pool, technically reserved for guests over 12 (or at least an area where you're not supposed to talk). This last pool is also reserved for villa guests. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Managers were quick and efficient at resolving issues. Communication via WhatsApp for any problems or arranging cars/excursions. WeChat unfortunately not available."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering the quality and location. We booked a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and gave us plenty of room to relax. The bed was comfortable, and everything we needed was provided for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and if I have the opportunity to visit Huế again, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price!"

"I had a truly special experience at Azerai La Residence Huế. While making a reservation through a booking app, I encountered an issue. However, two staff members, Den and Thao, sincerely cared from my perspective and helped resolve the problem. They clearly understood what customer satisfaction truly means. Before arriving at the hotel, I felt uneasy, but I was deeply moved by their attitude. The hotel facilities and breakfast were also excellent, fully living up to the reputation of Azerai. I have traveled to many places around the world, including Japan and Europe, but I have never met such kind and attentive staff. If I visit Huế again, I will definitely stay at Azerai La Residence Huế, where they truly understand the importance of their guests. Their smiles left a lasting impression on me even as I traveled on to Da Nang. I love Azerai La Residence Huế!!"

"Lovely resort, 2 very clean pools, beachfront, villas are very well presented, 2 TV’s, free WiFi, very good restaurant food items. Location is the only negative as there is nothing close bar a couple of very small lunch/ bar places for locals. Bay restaurants were closed when we were there."

"Awesome stay. The lady at the front desk was so helpful. They do motorbike hire and laundry. There are nearby coffee places along the river although not many places for breakfast. There are very good places that offer Hue specialty: Bun bo Hue."

"The environment is excellent, facilities are great, and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Any issues we had during our stay were promptly addressed after we reported them, which we really appreciate. If I visit Hue again, I would definitely stay here! Highly recommended. I do have two small suggestions, however: 1. I hope the quality of the cocktails can be improved. Although the prices aren't high, the cocktails made by different bartenders on two consecutive nights were just so-so. I hope to enjoy a better cocktail on my next stay! 2. The water temperature and pressure in the bathroom could use some improvement."

"The building is a bit old, but the views are incredible. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, and we enjoyed it on the terrace. It's within walking distance to the bustling downtown area, which was great for meals and massages. You can hear music from a nearby club, but that's a matter of personal preference; if you think of it as a lively, developing area, it's not bothersome. The front desk staff were also very helpful."
