What a great experience. I didn’t expect such a high-end, modern and comfortable place so close to Hohhot. The outdoor hot spring has a bit of a Japanese hot spring feel. I will come here often in the future.

A great hot spring hotel. We traveled 1,500 kilometers from Beijing to Hailar. On the fifth day of our trip, we chose this hotel specifically to relieve fatigue. The room was clean and tidy, the service staff were warm and thoughtful, and children were given breakfast and hot spring tickets. Only when I arrived in Manzhouli did I realize that I had forgotten my child’s tablet in the hotel room. I called the hotel, and the front desk staff member Xiao Liu (employee number 027) enthusiastically helped me find the tablet and mailed it for me. So touching😘😘

The room is quite good, and the service attitude of the staff is also good. There is only one elevator in the hotel. When there are many people, you have to wait for a long time. Then I really have to complain about the air conditioner in the room. It does not cool at all. It is turned on to 18 degrees room temperature. It’s always 27 degrees! There is also breakfast. Breakfast time is from 7 to 9:30. On the first day, around 8:30, there was nothing to eat. Many lunch boxes were empty. Later, I asked the staff to add some steamed buns. Fried dough sticks and fried chicken tenders! Barely stayed for two nights!

I came back from Aershan and passed by here. The total points were upgraded to a superior room. The room was very large and clean. At the beginning, the room I gave was dark. There were a lot of mites. I was scared. I contacted the front desk for the first time. I changed to a sunny house. This is still quite powerful. There are two points that I hope to improve the one room and one breakfast. The other person has to buy it separately. This is not good. The second point is that the sound insulation is not good. I can hear everything. I hope to improve.

The overall environment of the hotel is very good, the stay is very comfortable, there are a lot of breakfast things, it seems that there are swimming hot springs and other amusement facilities, but we are passing by and have no time to play.
