The lovely owner Quy and his wife absolutely bent over backwards to look after me during my stay here. A few examples: I couldn’t find a DMZ tour that was running, so Quy organised a trip with a friend of his by private car for a very reasonable price. I bought a bus ticket to Hoi An and the bus company rang the hotel to cancel- by the time I found out about it, the owners had already been on the phone trying to find me an alternative. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Quy and your lovely family for making me so welcome. I should also say that the room was lovely and extremely clean, plus it was in a great location. I would recommend Canary Boutique to anyone but particularly solo travelers as the level of care I got here absolutely floored me. Would give them 11/10 if I could!

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

We stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The building itself is beautiful, the interior is stunning and the staff so helpful and friendly. Beautiful artwork on the walls, huge high ceilings with chandeliers, all furnished with beautiful taste. We were upgraded to a suite, which was wonderful. The whole experience from start to finish is first class. Literally a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is a minute's walk from river where you can walk through a park alongside the river to walk into town.

A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Spatel d’Annam Boutique Hotel What a lovely hotel for us to enjoy at the end of our trip to Vietnam. We selected this hotel for its reviews which were so positive as well as for its fantastic position, close to the Royal Imperial Palace. Our room had a mezzanine with the bed upstairs and the bathroom and sitting area downstairs. We have been so fortunate during our travels to meet the staff who make the accommodation so pleasurable. We had the most wonderful welcome from Tu Trinh on our arrival. She explained clearly all our options for our stay and provided a very helpful map to get to and from the night markets, some of the historic monuments and the city centre. Arriving on New Year’s Eve we shared a special set menu dinner. It was a very happy affair where we met other guests and had a chat with the manager of the hotel, Dang Nhan and Ms Ly who so kindly guided my wife through the options for a coeliac. We enjoyed our stay. They took care to provide gluten free options each morning at breakfast, and my wife enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. On our departure we were farewelled as life long friends. These wonderful people who took such beautiful care of us during our stay will stay in our memories for ever. We will certainly return to once again enjoy the hospitality and kindness of all at the Spatel d’Annam.

Fantastic stay. Such friendly staff, convenient location, clean room and great recommendations for the city tour. We also booked the bus ride with 4 stops to Hội An and the boat ride to the temple. Definitely worth looking into it. Breakfast was also delicious. Would come back again

The room we booked has no windows, all the windows are a shape, the problem is not big at night, and it is not expected during the day. The bathroom is very large and the cloakroom is also included. There is a bathtub and a shower. The water is not very good. If the faucet is closed, the water in the shower will be smaller and the water temperature will become unstable. In addition, we rented the hotel's car to the Hue Mausoleum, the road is not very far, but it is super expensive, because it is the New Year's Day, the travel agency is on holiday, so we can only book this two people and one car. The driver's service attitude is not bad. On the way back, he has always hinted that the Vietnamese people have no money. Both hands are lifted and the steering wheel is not held. New Year, and then everyone said that the New Year's Day is the fate of each other, although the hotel has received a very expensive fare, we still gave the driver a 50,000 rupiah tip.

Hotel was a bit on the old side but the room was spacious and clean, and the front desk ladies very helpful. View is amazing, especially with windows making up the entire wall of the room! Extremely convenient to get to Hue Station, just a 10 minute walk.
