春節期間入住，上班的工作人員依然服務很到位，房間衞生很好，設施也不錯，附近就有很好的早茶，水東街無論白天晚上，去逛逛都很愜意，地下車庫停車方便

設施：整體都不錯，有智能管理，有房間音樂，很舒適

服務：服務很好，前台美女很熱心熱情，服務人員到房間詢問需求也很及時
環境：位置臨街口，樓下有便利店，打車幹嘛都很方便，不會吵，房間窗簾拉上以後整個不會透光很安心

酒店位置很好找，來到酒店第一感覺酒店好香薰衣草的味道，服務也是很到位，有一個小姐姐還戴了白手套，看起來好專業的樣子。房間設施比較智能化，出行首選，很不錯！

見完客户剛好第二天可以逛逛，本來想選合江樓或者西湖邊的，但是酒店比較舊，或者評論比較吵。
後來看了評論説這家不錯，地下停車場很大，方便停車。
有早餐，普普通通。
去市區景點比較近，因為不方便停車，所以出去都打車。
前台態度挺好，要多兩支水，也直接給。
吐槽點在於房間太小，水龍頭的熱水很難調節，旋鈕式的，旋多了熱，退一格就冷。
住了這麼多酒店，頭一回遇到這樣難調節水温的。
