Muslim friendly hotel. Very helpful receptionist. 1st ever hotel with ladies swimming pool. Definately recommended to stay here when i have a work in putrajaya. Affordable place to stay. I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

One of the best hotel available in Putrajaya. Location is just a few steps away from Alamanda. Spacious and clean room. Very good buffet breakfast. Overall, it was good stay.

Best experience and short stay vacation. Really easy to acces the place.The price is affordable but the security deposit quite high. This hotel apartment is very comfortable and they have a great swimming pool. The staff there are really polite and always helpful.

We check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

AT around 3pm stmg sudennly a man come in my room . luckly it was't when i take bath when he come in. After i ask why come in and he just answer me he got the master key room , and i also dont know why he suddenly come in. When i go down ask reseption and say maybe is a room sevice . i dont know what exactly it is .

The room is too small for two beds. The hygiene is OK. You can still smell the wood smell of a new hotel, but it doesn't matter to me. I prefer the smell of wood. There is a bug. There is no shower, only a bathroom heater. If girls don't want to wash their hair, they need a shower cap, otherwise they will get soaked. Everything else is OK
