Said they had an airport shuttle but it’s broken down. People are nice however shuttle should have been disclosed.

Staff was friendly and easy going, and the room was clean, however, check in was at 3 and my room was not ready until 3:40.

It's really nice to find a hotel with a pool and hot tub and restaurant all. The only thing we didn't like was the curtains, there were no heavier curtains to pull over the sheer ones which made the room too bright at night, I also feel like heavier curtains would help muffle some highway noise.

We were in town for a funeral. Booked 2 rooms for 6 people. Great size rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice.

The only issue I had was there was an option at the time of booking to pay for breakfast. We were there Friday afternoon through Monday morning. Saturday morning breakfast was free for everyone. No one maked any distinction between those who may have paid and those who didn't. Sunday there was a sign indicating there was a charge for breakfast. While I explained that my booking included breakfast for my wife and I, there was still some confusion on what to do. We eventually got out breakfast comped.
Now, speaking of breakfast, the area was clean enough but it was the worst breakfast setup, both with selections and service. Many lesser hotels offer a much nicer breakfast setup with better selections and nicer setup.

Stayed several times in previous years. This time when I called weeks ahead to request higher floor they said would put on reservation. Only to be put on 2nd floor. Didn’t like that!!
