Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Nanxun

I stayed two nights in Nanxun. Since I had to catch a train from Huzhou East Station in the morning, I chose to stay outside the ancient town for one of the nights. I arrived at the hotel quite late, and Ms. Zhu at the front desk upgraded my room, which was very thoughtful service. The projector in the room was also quite easy to operate. Unlike other projectors where you have to change channels to watch TV programs, this one just turned on and was ready to go. However, the standby light at night was a bit too bright, and it was directly above the head of the bed, which somewhat affected my sleep. The 270-degree view projector room type is at the very top, and the room layout is well-designed. Breakfast was also quite good.

Exceeded expectations! The room was spacious, and Lisa provided excellent service. Definitely worth a return visit.

Five stars to Xiao Zhu! She was incredibly professional, dedicated to her work, and always promptly helped with any issues. Her attitude was gentle and patient, making the overall experience exceed expectations.

The environment is quiet, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and it offers great value for money. Lisa's service attitude was very warm and welcoming.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the large projector screen was very comfortable to watch. It was a bit inconvenient not having a washing machine and dryer. The front desk staff at checkout were very nice, but the staff at check-in weren't smiling much.

The room directly faces Jinxiang Lake, offering a beautiful view. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is quite spacious and quiet, and the bedding is very comfortable. Room service is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The only minor drawback is the limited variety of breakfast options. Everything else is fantastic.

This hotel is located next to a park, perfect for those who enjoy morning runs. It's also by a small lake with nice views. The rooms are very spacious, and the service is warm and welcoming.

A truly wonderful trip! The hotel is high-end and elegant, clean and hygienic. The front desk upgraded us to a lake view room for free and even thoughtfully sent us some fruit. It was fantastic, we'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The upgraded room had a spacious view and great scenery, and it was clean and comfortable. We also appreciate the housekeeping staff and the ladies who delivered supplies for their diligent work and prompt responses. Overall, the service was incredibly warm, and the facilities were excellent. This hotel is definitely a great choice when visiting Huzhou, and we'll prioritize it for our next trip!
