The room was spacious and clean, it was a 5-10 min walk away from the nearby metro station!

You get a fully furnished room for a good price. Subway is close. It's quiet. Not many restaurants or shops but it's close to incheon airport if you take a taxi.

Lovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

It’s amazing place and worth full price😍

Apartment was very nice, amazing views just a few issues. There was no body towels provided, only hand towels and no floor mat. The bathroom door didnt latch closed, not a massive deal. The thing that makes this a bad review however is the front door. You do not get a key card to access the room it is a pin on the front door, which sometimes just doesnt open even when the correct code is inputted. Occasionally when you enter the correct code you can hear the motor in the latch turn on just like it does when it unlocks successfully however the door doesnt open. It was extremely frustrating getting back to the hotel late with an arm full of grocerIes and takeout only to be stuck trying the door code for 15 minutes because it wont open. If the door worked properly this would have been a 5 star review, only a few minor issues i would have overlooked but not being able to get in intermittently was incredibly frustrating.

The apartment is comfortable, was very clean when I arrived and it is not far from the underground. There is a convenient store and a cafe in the building what is very conveninent. However: there are a number of issues that have to be addressed. 1. Only "mini" towels are provided, that are for hands and not for body. Upon repeated requests normal size towels were not provided. 2. For towels to be changed they require the guest to write them EACH single day until 11 am an extra mail requesting the service. This it totally hilarious. I came for a conference and to tell you honestly my main concern was NOT writing e-mails requesting service EACH day. I wrote a mail and asked the service to be done every day. They DID not take my request into consideration. 3. I spent 6 nights in the apartment, They wrote that after 3 nights they change the bed linens upon request. I requested this in my first mail too. No change occured after 3rd night. They I wrote a letter again requesting the change. NO change happened . After repeated complaints finally it was changed for the 6th night. I wonder what kind of service is this???? I would like to have your answer. Thanks.
