We were expected to pay a $100 security deposit in cash in addition to the rate, which was not explained when we booked. The first room we were given we couldn't open the door. Staff came up to check the door which they couldn't open either. Then he went to another door 2 doors down, used the same key and said we could use that room instead. I questioned why one key card would open a completely different room, no answer. In the 2nd room, the chair had a cut in the middle of the cushion, the fan in the bathroom squealed very loud, the towel rack and hook on the bathroom door was literally falling out of the wall and the tack ***** was missing where the tile flooring met the carpet and there were actually nails sticking up out of the floor! I went back to the front desk and told him that room is unsafe and we wouldn't be staying in it. He then gave us a 3rd room which seemed to be in better condition. The tv remote wouldn't turn the tv on in that room so i told them we needed new batteries. The front desk staff took the remote and said he would replace the batteries, he never brought it back. After about an hour we went back to the desk to get the remote, we were then given 2 remotes "just in case" the one didn't work. Then the tv turned on and we could change channels but couldn't turn the tv off.
The website indicated that breakfast was included, in the morning we were told "no breakfast" by a staff in very broken english. I would NOT recommend staying here.
