Extended Stay America Select Suites - Dallas - Las Colinas - Meadow Creek Dr

The stay was horrible. Sheets were dirty , carpet was damaged, blood stain on bed cover. Anyway all in all I would not go back again. I rather pay a little more and stay somewhere descend.

Disgusting inside dirty Specimen stains on chairs NO HOT WATER AT ALL THE WHOLE STAY WITHIN THE WHOLE FACILITY

1st the staff isn’t friendly, she has this “I can’t help you attitude” like she can’t stand that we were there requesting to check in, if that didn’t bum me out, the room was disgusting, the floor in the kitchen is taped down with duct tape, there are stains all over the carpet, it wasn’t cleaned very well crumbs still in the corners of the room, it’s very old outdated and has a musty smell, and if that wasn’t bad enough, there was absolutely no hot water! It was Luke warm at best! It was so miserable I cried the entire cold shower just disappointed in myself for booking this cheap room, it’s ruined my trip, and I know complaining will do no good, the staff here won’t try accommodate you, I just hope to save someone with this review! The pictures are all…. Just misleading! The outside of this place even looks runned down like no one cares to take care of this place! DONT STAY HERE :,( I’d love a refund but I know that’s not happening :(

Check in was easy, room was clean, no sign of bugs, property is quiet and well managed. Front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. This property will be one of my go to places moving forward.

Arrive after hours and needed to check in. The staff came to the rescue getting me all checked in. Ms. Deborah on the day shift is friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area and recommended some sites for m to visit. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Lynne W.

Shabby accommodation, horrible smell in corridors and barely lukewarm water for showers.

It seems like an old property...all the equimpent in kitchenette is old, front desk closed between 9pm to 10 am..no coffee machine..

reserved room with pool and breakfast, got there and no pool, the next morning no breakfast.. Had I been given the option I would have changed reservations, but no warning.

As soon as me and my family entered the hotel, we could tell they didn’t clean the room, wash the bedsheets and the rest of the room had dust, dirt, etc. There was cockroaches roaming around our whole stay at the hotel and we told the staff but they did nothing. We just bought some bug spray at Walmart which worked, but there was still more cockroaches showing up in the kitchen, couch, bathroom, and closet! The lamp shades are lopsided. We were woken up multiple times on some days by an alarm that u couldn’t turn off because it was on the ceiling, also the alarm went off around 1:00-2:00pm daily which was awful because we were all jet lagged and just wanted to sleep in peace. Then on May 18 there was an alarm again but it was different, they rang it multiple times then said “Attention ladies, there was a report of-“ then it cut off. I was super scared and we also saw the police walk out of the building the day before when we were coming back to the hotel from an outing at night. Also the wifi sucks. It turned off like every 5 minutes and no it wasn’t a device issue because it happened to the rest of my family too. Also the bathtub in the bathroom had black in it, we tried cleaning it but it wouldn’t come off, the ceiling had mold and it was also black, and the shower would barely work. Also the pipes burst on our floor (2nd floor). To sum it up, the stay at our hotel was horrible, but glad this stay was only temporary until me and my family moved into our home.
