The location of this hotel is wonderful.
It is located on the Istiklal street which is the main street of Istanbul.
(But at night, it can be noisy)
The reception is very kind and helpful.
We loved the buffet every morning and evening. (breakfast and dinner)
My family had a wonderful time.

Great location near the famous Istiklal shopping street! Many restaurants , bars and shops nearby. The buffet was delicious with great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed is a little bit hard but clean. The bathroom shower has 1/4 glass and no door so it’s quite annoying. Good hot water with complete toiletries. One night the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I assume it came from the ac (centralized). Seems that they are aware of it as they were ready with a fragrance kit. You might also hear soft noise from the nearby bars .

The standard room is very, very small, even smaller than the average domestic express hotel. It totals about 15 square meters including the bathroom. The room pictures are seriously misleading. The soundproofing of the hotel is very poor. You can hear someone speaking loudly downstairs very clearly. There is a person next to you. The nightclub is so loud that you can't rest until 3 a.m.; it's not the standard of a 5-diamond hotel at all. Don't be fooled. The sanitary conditions and hardware facilities are also very poor, comparable to those of a Home Inn hotel. In short, a very misleading method was used to induce an order, which is not worth it.
