The location of the hotel is very central The employees are very polite. Kaan at the reception was very nice Our room view was great The only thing missing was that I called room service 3 times at night and they did not answer. I think there is no room service But it is a clean, quiet and decent hotel I like the employees very much, they are respectful It's also great that they don't require a deposit at the entrance.

Very easy to reserve online using Radisson app. Very impressed with communicating needs and expectations between Izmir and USA prior to arrival. Was able to reserve a nice seaside view room and arrange for transport (using WhatsApp) from Izmir Airport, to a local hospital and thence to the hotel. Great location, with lots to do and see nearby. Desk team gave me great recommendations for local sights and where to get a great shave and haircut! Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace was great…the selection and view was worth the price in itself! And finally, the room was quiet, comfortable and just what I needed traveling alone. Well done Radisson Park Inn Izmir! Well worth the stay!!!

The hotel location is good. Staff is really helpful. They got car parking facility though you need to hand over the car on the main road. Rooms are very clean, and the washroom has all amenities. Breakfast options are quote less, and the egg station is paid, which was a bit weird. Rest I will stay overall it was a very good experience to stay here.

Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

I booked the hotel via ETS. The hotel appears in the accommodation but not in the press office. Unfortunately, it is just under the press office. Basmane was İstanbul's Tarlabasa. The location is not a place to stay in family. We split two rooms. We couldn't open the air conditioning. There was a very bad smell from the air conditioning. There was a bad smell in the rooms. We had to sleep open in the night. We didn't sleep in it in the street no screams. We spent the night very nervous. Besides it was the hotel clean. The bathroom, the nephremy and the towels were quite clean, but unfortunately I don't prefer it again.

The room was great! The only downside is that the surrounding environment is relatively poor, the service is still quite good, and the breakfast is good!

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. The first time I met a very fluent English front desk in Turkey, the service was good, but the room was relatively small, the breakfast was OK, there is a shopping mall next to it, köfte Yusufu is better, you can try it.

When we arrived at the site, the front desk told us that we had not received the order. We waited at the front desk for a long time, and finally swiped our card to check in. The location of the hotel is relatively desolate and there is nothing around. The breakfast may be because I am not used to foreign meals. I thought it was average and there was nothing to eat. There is free parking, the sanitation is decent, the room is not too new, but it's okay.

Much better than I expected. Kind and clean. Good for weird flight time waiting. But it is hard to find where the entrence of hotel is.
