一開始給我們的房，是三樓的非常陰暗，臟舊，潮濕的房間，關鍵還沒有熱水，都不知道服務人員怎麼想的，我花當晚高價定的房間，她竟然能分這樣的房間給客人。況且這樣的不合格的房間就不應該存在於酒店之中。這樣的做法也是在毀掉自己的招牌。後來經過反映，才給換了六樓的房間，感覺截然不同，顯得温馨乾淨了，可小孩子的心情受到很大影響，機器人來送餐孩子都不敢去開門。一向信任如家，但這次體驗感極差。

酒店很好，有洗衣房很方便，還配備了洗衣液很到位，服務員都很熱情面帶微笑，很是暖心，安心睡枕頭非常好，如家如家像家一樣的温暖，衞生乾淨整體入住體驗非常滿意👍 如家酒店一直沒有讓我失望過，這家店是來這座城市的首選之地。

設施：很齊全，需要的基本都有。
衞生：很乾凈，收拾衞生及時。
環境：還可以，有些房間採光稍微差一點，問題不大。
服務：很不錯，很細心，住了幾次，服務是最大的亮點。

入住時間比較晚了，前台小姐姐還幫忙出來看看有沒有車位，第二天一早的早餐種類很多，退房後再得知我需要紙巾時，免費給了我一大幫紙巾，服務很周到，下次還會入住
