Facilities and services are all good. You can use the bus provided by the hotel when you use the airport.
Foreigners are allowed to stay and there are employees who can speak English.

Going to city could be far but to airport is about 20mins. Everything is OK especially the two restaurants by the side.

The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. They did not speak a lot of English but along with WeChat translate we were able to get things worked out. They also helped me to get to the Qingdao north train station the next morning. This hotel is approx a 25 minute drive from the Qingdao airport. Breakfast is good and the rooms are nice and clean.

Very good, the front desk service is very enthusiastic. They gave the baby a children's toothbrush and toys, and helped carry the luggage when leaving, which was very nice. There is also airport pick-up and drop-off service.
