The location of the hotel is perfect . It is within walking distance from airport exit. You can wheel your luggage cart to the hotel. Checking-in hotel was fast. All hotel staffs are very efficient and helpful. Since this is our second stay in the hotel in one month, Anna offered us free upgrade room from Barony Park hotel to Grand Barony hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. There’s shower and bath tub. Shower water pressure is pretty powerful. Breakfast has many options (Chinese breakfast and Western style). They’re all fresh cooked. Overall we are very happy with the quality of the hotel and will recommend it to anyone who visits Qingdao.

It is more convenient to eat around. It is a good shop around. It is spacious and large. Elegant environment, high-end atmosphere, superb front desk service, complete facilities, (free gym, large parking lot) clean and tidy, cost-effective, especially the order takeaway sent to the wrong hotel, the front desk personally went to help take it to the room, the service was very thoughtful

There was a lot more to be expected from a 5-star hotel There wasn’t any luggage service at the beginning which is typically expected. Even a 4-Star brand such as Hilton DoubleTree would offer such a service. When we checked in, it felt very abrupt. There was no other information provided other than our room number. No information about breakfast the next morning so we had to ask at checkout where we can get breakfast. We were also supposed to get some sort of VIP security service but they didn’t mention it (we ended up asking the next morning and it turns out we couldn’t use it because we were flying internationally, not domestic). When we got up to the 6th floor, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was difficult to roll our luggage on the squishy carpet. Again, some sort of service would have been nice for that. The room itself was beautiful. I have no complaints about it other than two issues: One was the shower water which somehow was leaking into where the toilet was and the second issue is that the toilet mechanism stopped working and we couldn’t flush - this was just before checkout so we didn’t have time ask to get it fixed. Lastly, the breakfast was inaccurately advertised as a “Western” breakfast on trip.com, however it was actually a standard Chinese breakfast. The Western options were completely limited. There is nothing wrong with it only being Chinese, but this was falsely advertised on the website. The food itself as far as Chinese food goes was mediocre as our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Hangzhou had a far superior breakfast and that room was half the price of this one. Overall, if this stay wasn’t being covered by my travel insurance due to a missed connection flight, I would be even more disappointed by this stay.

Even though I arrived late at night to transfer to Qingdao Airport, I was very satisfied with the friendly pickup service provided. I was especially touched by the thoughtfulness and concern for the chilly weather. I intend to use it again on my next trip.

It’s hot and cold. I just rushed to the kind of 😅 This hotel is not a full-day drop-off. We only took a taxi to the airport for ten yuan. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective

The first time I came here to live, it is convenient to go to the airport the next day. The location is very convenient. The boss is also very good. I went to upgrade the deluxe standard room. The room hygiene is in place. People live at ease. The most unexpected thing is that the upgraded room is also equipped with a large viewing projector. The experience is excellent. Next time I come to this place by plane! ! ! Full of surprises

The service attitude at the front desk of the hotel is very warm and satisfactory. The room is very nice, very spacious and clean. The floor heating is very good. The hand-drawn map is super detailed and careful. The hotel environment is not bad. There is also a small robot that can deliver takeaways. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good.
