Great breakfast. Outdoor swimming pool with view on the natural reservoir absolutely gorgeous. Room spacious and with a very good design. Clean and quiet. The bar can make good cocktails with the price in line with the service and location. Only one note is that the umbrella in the room were both with problems but anyway a very good hotel experience and service.

When I took my little one to visit Wuzhen again, I chose Jintang. The service was better than the previous time. Guanjia Xiaohua contacted us in advance and added WeChat, confirmed the arrival time, and helped reserve a parking space. When they arrived, Xiaohua and Yiyi were already waiting in the parking lot, helping to carry their luggage all the way to the room, and they had already upgraded the room. Fruits have been prepared in the room, and the quality is pretty good. Desserts were delivered immediately after check-in. The breakfast seems to have been upgraded compared to before. There are two sets of Chinese and Western menus, which are exquisite and delicious. When checking out, the housekeeper escorted me all the way to the car. Throughout the entire stay, every staff member was friendly and patient with the children. If I come to Wuzhen again next time, I will still choose this restaurant. Of course, it would be more perfect if the price could be cheaper🤣

The second time I came to Xizha, the service was still excellent. Xiaodai started communicating and sending parking location one day in advance. When we arrived, Xiao Dai and his son picked us up in the parking lot and took the battery car to the hotel. Our room was also upgraded and the two rooms were put together. The hotel made thoughtful arrangements for us. The minibar in the room is free, and there are fruits and sister-in-law cakes. The bed is big and comfortable. If you bring children, the hotel provides breakfast for the children. It is free for seniors over 70 years old in Wuzhen. The scenic spot is managed in a unified manner, which is very reassuring. When we left, someone from the hotel helped us to the parking lot. Very considerate service. Overall, the experience was great and I will come again when I have time.

The advantages are overall cleanliness, attentive service, beautiful scenery and moderate location. When we checked in on 3/25, the elevator was broken (it has been broken since 3/22). I am almost 83 years old. Although I can climb stairs, I would rather use them in a hotel than on stone and wooden bridges in scenic spots. It's unreasonable for a rather large hotel to only have one elevator. In addition, although it is not summer, it is quite hot. We turned off the heater, but the leaking heater still made the room very hot. There are two bedrooms, fortunately one has a window that can be opened. In the living room, we asked for a fan. Having said that, we will still consider staying here next time we go to Wuzhen, for example to watch a drama.

After getting off the high-speed rail, you can take a taxi, and you can reach the hotel in less than half an hour; self-driving should be more convenient.
