Although the rooms were full for New Year's Eve due to crowds, this was the worst experience I've had since I've stayed at Orange Hotel five or six times. First of all, the door cannot be locked. The keyhole at the bottom is closer than the lock and cannot be locked at all. The door of the bathroom is also broken. There are urine stains and dust on the toilet seat in the bathroom. The floor of the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. There were nut shells and dust everywhere. The floor heating in the room was very low, and the air conditioner couldn't be turned on. The whole room was extremely cold. It was only 19 degrees Celsius all night. When I asked for extra quilts, I was told that there was only one extra quilt on the first floor. There were only five extra quilts in the entire hotel, and I was only given one. The quilt was full of cigarette smoke and couldn't cover it. That's it. I won't stay in Orange again. The hotel is over. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is still very good.

The location of the hotel is very good, work is very convenient, there are Jinjie and Ginza nearby to eat is also very convenient. The service at the front desk of the hotel is very good, polite, proactive, warm and thoughtful. Very considerate, the room type was upgraded for free. The room facilities are very new, with electric curtains and touch lighting. Very cost-effective

住店體驗非常好，雖然是在公寓大樓但是酒店是有單獨的電梯，比較安全，前台服務熱情，耐心介紹住店事項，成功升級了房間，房間有窗無異味兒，比較寬敞是我喜歡的芭比粉，熱水充足，空調熱風很大不會冷，最方便的是全自動中控，晚上休息也非常安靜。
