Five-star praise. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Jinan West Railway Station. You can pick up the station for free when you stay at the hotel. The driver is very nice and enthusiastic, and the service is great👍🏻The hotel is very new. Although the lobby is not very big, it is very centralized. There are billiards, shuffleboard, and game consoles, which are very atmospheric. There are also free fruits and mineral water. The front desk service is also very good. The room layout is very comfortable, very new and clean, and it is the style I like. The breakfast variety is also quite rich, and it is a very cost-effective hotel.

Facilities: old, although there are many sockets, some are loose.
Hygiene: There is a bunch of hair from the previous guest in the shower room
Environment: Generally good
Service: The front desk and room service are warm and polite, and the takeaway is delivered to the room by a robot, which is considerate.
Because I caught the high-speed train in the morning, it was particularly worry-free to stay here, and I could enter the station in a few steps. Breakfast is hard to describe, maybe there are many people during the Spring Festival holiday! It's a bit messy, the freshly made stalls are not open, and it's understandable that there are few people at work. The food is replenished in time and I can eat enough.
Although it is at the train station, there is no noise from the train, but the noise from other rooms and corridors can be heard.
Overall, it's good! I will stay here again if necessary.

The hotel located at the old city area. Old building but rooms were refreshed. Walking distance to park. Excellent customer service namely, Xiao Shang who assisted us with check in and handling the hiccups with our local tour agent. Central air conditioning was shut down (probably energy savings measure) at night but we were given stand fan instead. Delicious breakfast with many varieties of local dishes. A good hotel to stay in Jinan.

Although the location is slightly far, the service, room amenities are worth it. They have a gym and a yoga room, free washing machine and dryer with free detergent. They also allowed us to check in at 10 am! So good~ It is also easy and cheap to take DiDi to the places to visit and they also have a bus stop, three minutes walk from the hotel. All in all, I have enjoyed my stay here.

Modern and clean hotel. Nice views and staff. Abit smaller than other hotels we been to. And main issue is hard for cars to drop off and pick up right outside hotel front door as there is a private lane that’s is hard for cars to turn in, so always have to get on and off cars on the main road outside with lots of dangerous traffic. Other than that, happy with the stay.

The location is very good. You can walk to Baotu Spring and Daming Lake. The hotel gate is opposite the entrance of Wulongtan. It takes less than 15 minutes to get to the high-speed rail station by taxi. The front desk service is efficient, and the room and bathroom are also very clean. There is a coffee shop in the lobby where you can drink coffee. Highly recommended! The buffet breakfast is good, with Shandong rolls wrapped in green onions, sweet foam, and Chinese and Western breakfast. There are not many choices, but it is enough. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Jinan.

The location is convenient, right in the Daming Lake Scenic Area, but the parking lot is also shared with Daming Lake, and the parking space is tight.
The front desk welcome and catering services are very enthusiastic, worthy of the hospitable Shandong. Maybe the guest room needs to be more careful: the used shower caps, floor mats, and bath towels were taken away and not replaced. Bath towels and shower caps were asked for later. I was embarrassed to ask for floor mats when I found out that they were not given.
There were fruits and yogurt for both days of stay.
I went to the restaurant to eat hot pot, which was cost-effective and the service was good. Hotel guests are exempt from hot pot service fee.
The hotel provides a small and exquisite afternoon tea.
Overall satisfactory, very suitable for tourists visiting Jinan for the first time.

GGuest UserLet's talk about the service first. From the lady at the front desk to the cleaning lady, they are all very polite and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. On the day of check-out, I couldn't get a taxi to the scenic spot and couldn't get back, which wasted time. I called the front desk and the lady extended my time for free. I was so touched. The breakfast was also delicious. The room is very new and the decoration is very stylish. The curtains are all remote-controlled. I can just use ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” if I have any problems. The bedding is also very good, especially the pillows, which are very comfortable. I will stay here when I come to Jinan in the future!

GGuest UserVery good hotel. When checking in, they kindly showed me the elevator location. The room is large, well-lit, bright, and fully equipped. The front desk assistant Xiao Li provided very good service. The breakfast was also great. There is free parking, and it is very convenient to travel. I highly recommend it. The lobby is very fragrant, not pungent, and has a light smell. I especially want to praise their service attitude, which is excellent.
