This hotel really gave me a big surprise. The bed was clean and tidy without any odor. The cleaning lady cleaned the room promptly every day and changed the sheets and quilt covers. The front desk service attitude was also very good and they patiently helped me check in. The bathroom was also relatively clean and the TV signal was normal. It was very affordable to stay in such a good hotel at this price.

Great hotel. All staff were not hesitant to helping me. I do not speak Chinese at all but it was super easy to stay here with staff's assistance. I was too tired to go out to have a dinner, so I asked the staff to order a noodle for me. it was a great service and a good dinner. I strongly recommend to stay at this hotel especially if you are a foreigner like me.

I would stay again despite some flaws. The social atmosphere is fantastic, one of the best I've come across in two years of traveling the world. It's an authentic, inclusive community vibe in the common room. Every evening there is a gathering with boardgames, performances, group talks, etc. It's really great.
The location of the hostel is also really good. Everything is within walking distance. Train station, bus station, cheap good restaurants and the park.
My only peeve are the sanitary facilities. There's no toilet paper and no bum gun provided ... So I need to bring own. Also, the shower drain is not placed correctly so the shower is always flooded. I feel like these things could be easily fixed. And maybe tidy up the general areas more frequently. There's a lot of junk lying around. But that's also what makes it more homely...
Anyway, it's a great place, owner is very nice. I'd definitely stay again.

GGuest UserLet's talk about the service first. From the lady at the front desk to the cleaning lady, they are all very polite and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. On the day of check-out, I couldn't get a taxi to the scenic spot and couldn't get back, which wasted time. I called the front desk and the lady extended my time for free. I was so touched. The breakfast was also delicious. The room is very new and the decoration is very stylish. The curtains are all remote-controlled. I can just use ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” if I have any problems. The bedding is also very good, especially the pillows, which are very comfortable. I will stay here when I come to Jinan in the future!

GGuest UserTo be honest, I have stayed in many light luxury hotels, and this one has the best hardware, with direct drinking water and bathrobes (which were only available in four-star hotels before). By the way, I have to give a thumbs up to the lady named Liu at the front desk, she is very polite.

LLEE SOYOUNGI loved that the accommodation was really clean! The facilities are really good, and the breakfast menu is also good. Before boarding the plane in Korea, the hotel called me and told me when I would be arriving and that I could request a pick-up when I arrived. I didn't have a Chinese phone number, but I was able to add the hotel's official account through WeChat, so I was able to talk comfortably. I was impressed!
If I come to Jinan Airport, I will definitely stay here!

GGuest UserI brought my parents in their 70s to Jinan for fun on the weekend after the Mid-Autumn Festival. The reason I booked this hotel was because it was so pleasant to think about living in Daming Lake! Although my parents have bad legs and feet, they don't have to worry about the inconvenience of going out of the hotel. We took the high-speed rail to Jinan Station at more than 9 o'clock, and took a taxi to Heihuquan, which is not far away. At noon, we had lunch at Kuishengju, which is about 200 meters away from the hotel (you will have to queue if you go late). We walked to Minghuju parking lot and called the hotel. Soon a shuttle bus came to pick us up and sent us to the hotel gate. The driver was the front desk beauty Xiao Li. Her service was very considerate and patient. She patiently answered our questions. Every time we entered and exited the gate, she would help my parents go up and down the stairs, help us contact the car to take us to the scenic spot, and help us apply for breakfast. Breakfast is on the other side of the pier, and a bus will be sent every half an hour in the morning. Here I would like to thank a handsome guy named Wei. Every time he sent us to various scenic spots, he would help my parents get on and off the bus. He was very patient with the elderly. When we went to have breakfast, because there were more people in one car, I was afraid that it would be inconvenient for my parents to get on and off the car, so he specially drove another car to take us to breakfast. I am really grateful! Speaking of breakfast, it is also very rich, the taste is very good, and the ingredients are very fresh! The most satisfying thing about this trip to Jinan is booking this hotel. It is not far from various attractions, and the service is great. Every service staff is very good, making us feel very caring service! Drinking tea leisurely in the room and looking at the charming scenery of Daming Lake, feeling the warm service! A perfect trip! Next time I come to Jinan, I will stay in this hotel again!
