Delta Hotels by Marriott Jiuzhaigou

I specifically chose this hotel because it's a 'five-star' in a county town. First, I asked the front desk staff if they had EV chargers, and they said, 'Yes, a few hundred meters to the right of the main gate.' I went out and couldn't find it. When I came back and asked another staff member, they said, 'Turn right nearby.' After looking around, I found out it was actually inside the hotel's own driveway. Second, the balcony's stainless steel railing was covered in dust – I have no idea how they clean. Third, who still charges a deposit in this day and age? Fourth, looking at the Trip.com reviews, the hotel's replies are all generic copy-and-paste jobs; I bet they don't even read them, just auto-reply. The only thing worth praising is the in-room dining service; the restaurant staff were very nice and I appreciate it! Overall, this 'five-star' in a county town is only superficial and not worth recommending!

This hotel was our stopover after visiting Jiuzhaigou, and I got to check out one of the few Delta Hotels in China. The price was incredibly good value for money, especially during peak season. The environment, facilities, and breakfast all met our expectations. It's really well-suited as a transit hotel for self-driving trips.

Ms. He at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the lunch at the restaurant was also good.

The breakfast was good, but the underground car park doesn't have direct access to the lobby.
