I was in trouble because the number to enter the front door was not sent to me. The facility is very clean and nice, but there were no sponges for washing the bath, which was a problem. If that was done properly, I would definitely like to stay there again.

The password for the entrance was a completely different number. When I inquired via chat, the reply was, "Are you sure you're using the wrong hotel? Please check." When I checked at the police box and sent a reply, the correct password was immediately sent to me, but I was filled with disbelief from the beginning. The room was clean, but the air conditioner filter and shelves were black with dust. I cleaned the room, but I couldn't stop coughing, so I had to wear a mask indoors the whole time I stayed. It was hard to feel well. The location was good, with Tenmonkan and Chuo Station within walking distance, and a delicious Oita fried chicken bento shop nearby. I won't be using it anymore because I couldn't relax indoors.

This was the most frustrating place I've ever been to, so I won't be staying there again in the future. For some reason, the tablet installed in the room keeps ringing, and when I contact AI chat, it doesn't answer. When I call, it doesn't answer. There's no website, so even when I contact chat, it says it can't be used. We recommend staying at a hotel with a proper hotel staff.

The interior was calm and clean. There were three of us, so one of us slept on the sofa, but there was no blanket to cover us, so it was cold. On the last day, the children in the next room were running around excitedly and were noisy. I completely understand how you feel. Also, it would have been nice to have some simple seasonings (salt, salad oil, etc.) and a hot water pot in the bath. It was comfortable and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. thank you very much.

It was my first time in an unmanned hotel. There was no description of ********** as an apartment, so I mistakenly thought it was a hotel. I avoided the apartment type because there are many troubles, but I didn't know this when making the reservation, so I think the description needs to be improved. Also, the call center is only open until 5pm, so while I'm glad I was able to connect by chance, I'm scared to think that I might not be able to check in.

Check-in and check-out without meeting anyone at the unmanned reception. The room was clean, but for a long stay. I don't have pajamas, so a business hotel might be enough for a single-night business trip.
