服務是好的，前台姐姐有求必應，但是民宿沒有電梯，有很重行李箱的不是很方便，不曉得是不是春節期間，衞生打掃真的太不怎麼樣了，晚上我們入住過後發現床單被套根本沒有更換上面有好多頭髮和毛髮（後面叫前台姐姐很快的幫我們換了新的），毛巾，牙刷牙膏梳子什麼的上個客人使用了根本沒補充，一次性拖鞋也沒有，住的不是很開心（煙灰缸沒倒乾淨，那個浴池簡直了，本來準備泡腳，一看那個底，我就放棄了）

第一天來新都橋，路過看到這家民宿不錯，進門就有當地民宿風格，小姐姐也熱情，安排的房間出乎意料大氣上檔次，地暖非常暖和，水也熱，從窗外看到的風景也巴適，準備夏天再來，

第一次給酒店評差評。
7月的新都橋晚上也很冷，遊客多，但是也不是用不了熱水的理由，10點入住，水龍頭裡麪根本就放不出熱水，沒法洗臉更別説洗澡，酒店回覆説 因為客滿了所以壓力不夠，讓等半個小時再看看，半小時後還是滴滴答答的幾滴水完全沒法洗澡，又電話聯繫酒店説，讓我們先將就下明天早上再洗， 一整晚都沒睡好，更沒精力看床品是否乾淨，怕看了更睡不出。漱口杯也能明顯看到沒洗乾淨的地方完全不敢用。早上7點多起床打算洗澡，熱水倒是可以放出來了，但是温度完全不能用來洗澡，實在沒法衹能洗洗臉用。600左右的價格就換來這樣的服務，真的特別特別糟心，另外，浴室噴頭漏水，漏的特別兇，難道都不提前修下麥，本來熱水就少，再漏一半，噴頭更沒熱水了。洗臉池下水口估計幾百年沒清理過，裏面堵塞的東西看着就想吐🤮。另外，不含早餐，這麼貴的房費居然不含，早上在餐廳看了看，就是稀飯饅頭稀飯這種幾塊錢成本的早餐居然都捨不得含在裏面。哎，算了，不會再有下一次，真的給新都橋丟臉！
另外，房間是帶地暖的，原本想用，老闆説最好別用，開了後使用感不好就像蒸桑拿，但是睡前覺得比較冷就還是打開了，開了20度，一點感覺都沒有，早上起來房間地板還是冰冷的。
