It was very well located just next to the bus station. From there you can take a city bus or walk into town. Plenty of food around, or after s little walk. The hostel has two cats so it’s hard for allergics. The wooden vibe is really great, but the beds are ultra-hard so that brings the review down. They have one western style toilet and in general it’s a very clean place.

Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Qingge Square and Liuliu City, and it's lively at night. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for finding food. The Kangding River in town has a large drop in the valley, so the water is often turbulent and fast-flowing. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs to prevent disturbance at night, though those with good sleep quality won't be affected at all. The hotel offers complimentary laundry and drying services. If you can't wait, you can write your room number on a small tag, and staff will deliver your items to your room, which is very considerate. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. Dining during off-peak hours, the environment is very comfortable. The restaurant service is also good; my roommate had an upset stomach and could only eat clean noodles, and the noodle station attendant specially helped bring a hot steamer full of them – excellent service! There were six of us, and the hotel upgraded us for free, arranging our rooms on the same floor, which was very convenient. The bathroom with separate shower, toilet, and sink ensured privacy and no interference. It was a very satisfying stay. It would be perfect if the waterproofing in the shower cubicle were better though. 😊

The hotel is in the new city area, clean and tidy, the staff is very service-oriented, and the breakfast is very rich. The hot pot on the street in front of the hotel tastes good and is convenient. It happened to be a heavy snow, and I found the feeling of Christmas in Kangding.

Ideal place to sleep if you continue your journey by bus the next day.

The hotel is very close to the highway intersection. Considering the difficulties of parking in the city, I chose this one. The number of parking spaces in the courtyard is not sufficient, but the staff will take the initiative to guide and assist in parking, and the parking problem can be assured. The room facilities are brand new, the hotel is backed by the folding river, and the location environment is very good. The room size is small, but the layout design is reasonable and the space utilization is high. The breakfast category is rich in the hotel, the staff is smiling throughout, the service is intimate and friendly, and the overall stay experience is comfortable.

After my stay, I was determined to write a positive review. What truly impressed me wasn't the decor, but the details. The hostess was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuine, making all the fatigue from my travels melt away. The room was spotlessly clean, which was very reassuring. The bedding was especially comfortable; the mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too hard—and the duvet smelled like it had been sun-dried. It was very quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. For someone who stays in hotels frequently, this is truly a rare find. The breakfast also completely exceeded my expectations. They offered a simple yet thoughtfully prepared spread including bao buns, croissants, eggs, and milk. It was a comfortable and satisfying meal. I've stayed in many hotels and B&Bs during my travels, but few have made me want to write a review voluntarily. Highly recommended!

I booked the ”river view” room on the 13th floor and obviously, I stuck gold after cranking my head from my room window, looking down to the raging water roaring through the river in the center of the city street. When I said ”raging” water, I meant cascading flows that echo through the entire city block. I had seen such terrain in Switzerland before but this is more impressive. So ”location” is the biggest merit and I would recommend never sparing the money in exchange for the river=side room. Plus, the hotel is looking against the famous ”Love Song” Plaza of KarnDin City. For those who wonder what the big deal is about the ”KangDin Love Song”. For starters, it is a part of the Chinese growing-up song that is deeply entrenched in education, for even a person raised in Taiwan, let alone ethnical Chinese in the Mailand. It is more like a pilgrimage than touring that brought many to the city. The smaller plaza right in front of the hotel lobby begins to gather impromptu dances at about 8 pm (Beijing time, local time ~ 6 p.m.). I admire the local Tibetans of all ages whose spontaneity sways with the music. The hotel doorman told me that yes, there were Han tourists also in the troupe, but you could usually tell them apart because they were the awkward-looking ones. I have no complaints about the service, and I appreciate the enthusiasm the front desk people show when I try to gather information. One more thing before I leave: if you are tired of the summer heat, Kangdin is the city you want to come! In late June, the daily high is 12 C! The travel to the city has made extremely convenient by the recent completed Highway 42--an incredible feat of tunnel engineering in the world.

The hotel has a very central location, which makes it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The decor is also quite interesting and gives the place a distinctive character. The rooms themselves were okay and generally functional. However, there was an extremely strong smoke smell in the room that made the stay very unpleasant. Unfortunately, this overshadowed the positive aspects of the hotel. Because of the heavy smoke odor, I would not choose to stay here again.
