It's a good hotel. The service is top-notch. The room hygiene is not good enough and there are hairs all over it. After communicating with me, I got it. I asked the front desk for a power card and was told that there was no one. They said that there was an extra room card so that I could go out and do laundry in the middle of the night when the children were asleep. The front desk said no. The washing machine and dryer didn't work at all. Everyone came back from Hemu and wanted to wash their clothes. The dryer was not working well and the queues lasted until four in the morning. No one was paying attention to the breakfast. The waiter couldn't find the noodles while they were cooking, and they ended up being soft in a ball. The coffee machine was broken. I asked for a pack of coffee, but the waiter said it was not available in the room! I really don't know how such a good hotel can be like this.

I have been a Ctrip black diamond for many years. After many years of frequent travel, I can basically understand that the service industry is not easy. But this hotel is something else. This is a very strange hotel: When I arrived at the front desk at 10:01 in the evening, I saw a stepmother-like front desk person. Sure enough, they only gave one breakfast coupon for two people. I asked why they didn't give two. Do they have to have breakfast together? He said that if you don't have it, come to the front desk to get it. If you encounter breakfast coupons for the first time, you have to save the hotel. The breakfast coupon stated that the checkout was at 11 o'clock and the meal collection started at 10:45. When I asked why it was collected so early, the front desk didn't make it clear that it was only at 10:30. And when asked if there was anything else, the answer was nothing. What's even more bizarre is that when I returned to the room at 8pm the next day, the air conditioner was normal, but suddenly stopped around 12pm. I thought it was automatically adjusting the temperature. I woke up at 4pm due to heat, and operating the air conditioner switch multiple times had no effect. The highest temperature that day was 43. I asked the hotel about the current temperature of 38. I called the front desk and was told that it couldn't be repaired and that the air conditioner often does this. The maintenance staff will come to repair it tomorrow morning and ask us to open the windows to dissipate heat. No one came at 10 o'clock the next morning. I called Ctrip to complain and someone was called around 10:30. The person who came was innocent and said that he had just been notified. The two girls were changing clothes and checking out. They thought about repairing the hotel but it was useless and they wanted to leave, so they were not allowed in. I went to the lobby downstairs around 11:00 and had to explain the same thing to three different people. One of them actually said that the air conditioner was fine and that I just needed to re-insert the room card. It sounded like the guest didn’t know how to use it. , so let me ask you, if you feel so hot that you suffer from heat stroke, sore throat, dizziness, etc., these are all the guests’ own problems. So why did you go to the hotel? ! In the end, they actually said that the hotel people came, but the customer didn't let us go in for repairs. It seemed that we asked for it ourselves. Finally, the weirder question came. It was like this. We had two rooms for two nights and asked for a refund for one room for one night. The reply was only 100. We didn’t ask for it at the time. The front desk pretended to say that we would negotiate. You can go. Don't delay your trip. It seems so considerate, but in fact it's just bullying you to rush for a trip. I send you away because you, an outsider, can't afford it. In the end, Ctrip called and said that the hotel would only refund 100 yuan and would not give in. I didn’t want to say anything else. As expected, it’s just a matter of time before people leave, and a hotel with a bad reputation is universal. It’s really strong enough! Finally, the post was posted the next morning, and so far I have not received the 100 yuan of hard-earned money in exchange for heatstroke.

The hotel is very new in all aspects, the service attitude is very good, and there are many types of breakfast.

The room was very good overall, the breakfast was rich and tasted good, and it was very quiet. However, there were hairs in the quilt and under the sheets. We booked a standard room and both beds had hairs. I hope this can be improved.

The sanitary environment and facilities are pretty good...but when you open the window, you can see the artificial landscape indoors, which looks good but is not breathable. The room smells a bit like board, which is quite bad for people with rhinitis. It would be better if the skylight in the artificial landscape could be opened for a while for ventilation. Everything else is pretty good, nothing to say. When I ordered breakfast, I was given one serving, and the front desk gave me another one for free. Thank you hotel!
