Well, I was awoken at 10:15pm by the staff to confirm I was present in my room and gifted two waters and some fruit. I was then awoken again at 11:30pm by the staff and security at my door informing that the local authorities were in the lobby and would like to speak with me. I come to find out from the officers that the hotel had failed to input my name correctly into the local database based on my foreign passport. After a brief conversation, I was able to go back to bed for the 3rd time that evening at midnight. The next day I was plagued with a headache. The view was forgettable and the Japanese toilet smelled strange, but the shower was magnificent.

Hotel is very nice, we had little bet of waiting at the airport, for the peek up service was late but soon as we called the hotel and they apologize and ask as the take taxi to the hotel and reimburse the fair, which was very kind. girls at the reception Mireayi were very polite and quick with services and helpful, will recommend this hotel to our friends

We extended our stay at this modern and clean hotel. The atmosphere is very friendly and the surrounding area is lively. All staff were very polite and helpful, from housekeeping, doormen, front desk staff to the breakfast team. I don't know everyone's names but Nouge and the team were very helpful. Also, a big thank you to the gentleman who took us to the airport in a comfortable and spacious vehicle. Great prompt and courteous service. Next time we come, we hope to have a slightly larger room and get away from the noise of the elevator.
